WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT A BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART WIFI SYSTEM HAS NOW BEEN INSTALLED IN ROKAJURA WITH UNLIMITED STREAMING.  THE LOG ON INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE IN OUR INFORMATION BOOK ON THE DINING ROOM TABLE

Our holiday home has two bedrooms and we think, is ideally suited for four people.   There is a scrumptious master bedroom with with king sized bed with mattress topper and overhead bed lighting, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table with mirror lights and a double fitted wardrobe, plenty of storage and an ensuite shower, wc and hand basin.  There is a wall mounted remote controlled TV/DVD. There is a hairdryer for your use. A king sized quilt, mattress topper, pillows and protectors will be provided.  

Please bring your own king sized bed sheets, king sized duvet cover, pillow cases and shower/swimming/beach towels as these are NOT provided.

The twin bedroom has two 3ft beds (not 2' 6") with mattress toppers.  There is a single fitted wardrobe with drawers underneath.  There is a bedside table between the beds with a lamp. There is a wall mounted remote controlled TV in this bedroom. Mattress and pillow protectors are provided. 

Please bring two of your own single duvet covers, single sheets, pillow cases and shower/swimming/beach towels as these are NOT provided  

The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, wc and hand basin unit with under cupboard lighting and storage.

The luxuriously appointed open plan lounge and dining area includes a corner suite, a good sized extendable dining table, 4 chairs and a stool. There is a flat screen free view digital TV and a DVD player. There are numerous CDs for you to enjoy watching. A small selection of card games are in the drawer in the lounge unit.   The superb fully fitted kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer and full size dishwasher.

There is a decked and fenced balcony leading from the lounge patio doors with two bistro tables and 4 chairs which are provided for your enjoyment.  

A fenced and gated private garden has direct access to the private shingle beach which can be reached in a few minutes.

A wooden bench table with umbrella is provided for your enjoyment.  Also provided is a BBQ and tools for your use in our private garden.  (Please clean after use).  

Parking for two small cars.  Vehicles must be parked within the parameters of our holiday home and garden boundaries.

Leisure and entertainment passes are included in your holiday price.  There are also two car passes.  (Passes will be in a box on the dining room table).  Please do not peel off the sticky back of the car pass, just place on your dashboard.  All passes must be left in our holiday home at the end of your stay for our next guests. They will be charged for at a cost of £10 each (Freshwater's charge), if replacements have to be purchased and monies will be deducted from your security deposit.

WE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR HOLIDAY HOME.  PLEASE RESPECT HER AND LEAVE OUR HOLIDAY HOME IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION FOR OUR NEXT GUESTS.   WE DO ALL CLEANS OURSELVES. A CLEANING PAYMENT OF £50 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY/DAMAGES/CLEANING DEPOSIT IF OUR HOLIDAY HOME IS NOT LEFT IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION.

PLEASE ENSURE THE REMOTE CONTROLS FOR THE TVs AND DVDs ARE LEFT BY THE TVs.  THANK YOU.

DIRECTIONS

On arrival at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, please drive past reception which is on your left hand side and make your way to Bride Close. 

B13  (ROKAJURA) is the grey holiday lodge on the beach front.  There is a key safe box on the steps which holds the key.  I will text you the code around lunch time on your arrival date.  If you have not heard from me by 2pm please contact me on 07377 648553.  Please look after the key.  Replacements will be charged for.  B13 can be accessed from 3pm on your arrival date.  At the end of your holiday, please return the key to the key safe box by 10am on your departure date. Late departures will have monies deducted from their security deposit as we need to have access from 10am to check over our holiday home and commence the changeover for our next guests.  

A £150 refundable DAMAGES/CLEANING/KEY LOSS deposit is required at the time of booking. Full holiday payment is required by BACS no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. We will send to you our Booking Form and Terms & Conditions either by post/email at the time of booking. Please complete, sign and return this form to us. 

We will hold your £150 refundable deposit as a DAMAGES/CLEANING/KEY LOSS payment.  This will be refunded to you by BACS after your departure date once our holiday home has been checked over. If our holiday home is not respected and not left in a clean and tidy condition, a deduction will be taken from your security deposit.   Deposit monies are withheld at owner's discretion.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
