Our modern and well equipped family owned caravan is situated on Higher Harlyn Park, St Merryn PL28 8SG in the Gulland area which  is the newest addition in a  immaculately maintained and quieter, family run site within easy walking distance of the village of St Merryn where there are shops, pubs and take aways. It is only 3.5 miles from Padstow and within easy reach of the glorious 'Seven Bays' beaches..  It sleeps 6 people comprises of 3 bedrooms two doubles 1 en-suite,  a further twin bedded room 

A main bathroom with full size shower, toilet and basin. The en-suite has toilet and basin. Open plan kitchen/diner well equipped has gas cooker, microwave, tall fridge freezer, dining table with 4 chairs plus 2 folding chairs (kept in wardrobe) lounge with two sofas, tv, electric fire.  A large decking area with table and chairs. There is parking for  2 cars beside the caravan 

The caravan has double glazing, gas central heating

Pleae bring own bed linen, towels and tea towels.   We provide quilts and pillows

The site is family run and is kept in immaculate condition. It has a small shop, heated outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar, hair salon, laundry facilities and children's play area. 

The site has rules re no groups of under 25's unless with family.

St Merryn  is a 10 min walk away has a few shops, petrol station, fish and chip shop, plus Chinese takeaway and pizza restaurant. There are also 2 pubs. 

Higher Harlyn Park is suitated on the North Cornwall coast 3.5 miles from Padstow about 1 mile from beach at Harlyn Bay.

£100 booking deposit which is non refundable full balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

A £50 key and damage deposit is also required with the balance this will be returned within 7 days of departure providing the caravan is left clean and undamaged.

HIGHER HARLYN PARK IS AN IMMACULATELY MAINTAINED, FAMILY RUN, FAMILY OWNED HOLIDAY PARK ON THE NORTH CORNISH COAST.

The outdoor heated swimming pool opens for Spring bank holiday until early September and is open daily 8 til 8. Lazy days can be spent sunbathing on the sun loungers by the pool when you get tired of the sand between your toes!

An on-site family bar offering a good selection of beers, lagers, spirits, gins and wines and also the Duchy Grub restaurant.

The children’s play area will keep the kids amused with swings, bouncers, climbing frame and slide.

A well stocked on site store is open throughout the season offering a wide range of products from grocery & chilled items, soft drinks, confectionary to beers, wines and spirits as well as toys and beach essentials. There is also a daily delivery of freshly baked bread and cakes from the local bakery, Malcolm Barnecutt’s.

There are many other on site facilities including a salon, laundrette, elsan disposal, recycling centre and an ice pack service.
