The caravan has central heating and double glazing. There is a seperate toilet and shower room. All 3 bedrooms and lounge/diner are carpeted with the kitchen, shower room, toilet and hall with laminate flooring. The dining table and 4 chairs are free standing with two stools that can be used for added seating. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, full sized cooker, micro wave oven, toaster, kettle, plus full table and glassware and cooking utensils. All beds are supplied with duvets, pillows, mattress covers (not waterproofs for young children, these need to be provided by parents for hygiene reasons). There is a 19" tv with integral freeview and DVD facility plus a wide selection of DVDs and books. The bedrooms were newly decorated and re-carpeted for the 2022 season and the lounge sofas have been re-upholstered for 2023.

A deposit of £50 pounds is required to secure a booking, regardless of full price, with the balance due no less than 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Purchasing passes for the leisure centre is done directly through Greenacres.
