Rental Rules for Our Static Caravan

    1.    No Smoking or Vaping 🚭

Our caravan is smoke-free to maintain a clean, fresh, and healthy environment for all guests.

    2.    Pets Welcome (With Extra Deposit) 🐾

Pets are welcome, but there is a £25 additional deposit required. Please keep pets under control and clean up after them.

    3.    Respect Neighbors

Please be considerate of other guests and maintain quiet hours, especially late at night.

    4.    Maximum Occupancy

The caravan can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior consent.

    5.    Cleanliness

Guests are responsible for leaving the caravan in good condition. Please wash up after yourself and dispose of trash properly. A cleaning fee may apply if the caravan is left in an unacceptable condition.

    6.    Damage & Breakages

Please report any damage or breakages immediately. Guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements due to negligence.

    7.    BBQ/Outdoor Equipment

If you wish to use a BBQ, please ensure it is used safely on the decking area, away from any structures. Always clean up afterward.

    8.    Check-In / Check-Out Times

    •    Check-in after 3 PM

    •    Check-out by 10 AM

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible by prior arrangement.

    9.    No Parties or Loud Music

To ensure a relaxing environment for all, parties or loud music are not permitted.

    10.    Car Parking 🚗

Please park in the designated area. Do not block other caravans or pathways.

    11.    Respect the Park’s Rules

Be sure to follow all rules and regulations of the Golden Anchor Holiday Park during your stay.

    12.    Deposits

    •    A £50 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

    •    A £25 pet deposit will be added if you bring pets along.

Ideally located at Golden Anchor family holiday park you will never be far from all the amenities and entertainments of Chapel St Leonards. Offering easy access to the well kept beach with no major roads to cross, via the various pathways provided from the site, an impressive array of shops, amusements arcades, restaurants, and public houses are within minutes walk of the site entrance.

Nightly entertainment is widely available in the various club houses, non more so than our very own cabaret showbar "Club Tropicana" located a 5 minute walk away at the Golden Palm Resort.
