Comfortable cottage style 2 bedroom caravan with enclosed decking area and private parking space.  This caravan is conveniently located near to the park entrance and main facilities.

Central heating, double glazing, tv, dvd and microwave.  

For your convenience beds are made up on arrival and cleaning materials are available for your use so no need to bring the washing up liquid or tea-towel.  Wifi is available and there is a selection of films, books and games to use during your stay.

This is a Park Holidays resort with entertainment for families, indoor and outdoor pool, clubhouse, play areas and amusement arcade. Passes are not included and if required will need to be bought separately from reception.  Most activities can be booked in advance using the Park Holidays App.

The park is in a great location, just a 10 minute slow stroll to the beach, with shops, cafe, amusements and pub along the way.

A refundable £50 damage deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your dates. This will be refunded to you as long as no damage is incurred. I will also ask for you to provide photo ID and proof of address.

Full payment for the booking to be made no later than 3 weeks before your stay.  

Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks before your stay with no charge but the deposit will be lost if cancelled any closer to your holiday date.

There's also the reception area, mini-supermarket and fun arcade area to enjoy during your stay. The restaurant is a fantastic place for tasty food, with a great view of the stage. 

Outside, a newly built patio area provides barbecues, super-size TV screens, seating and tables, and access to Seawick's heated outdoor swimming pool.

The famous seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea is nearby where you can enjoy all the fun of the fair on the pier, traditional donkey rides, and much more!
