Beautiful ABI St. David 2022 brand new for 2023. 3 bedroom 8 berth modern style with beautiful views and a lovely part of the park. There’s a double bed with a deep mattress in the main bedroom with a toilet and a smart TV. 

1st twin bedroom with single beds with deep mattresses, also with a smart TV. 2nd twin bedroom with single beds with deep mattresses no TV in this bedroom. 

Shower room with toilet. Iron and ironing board.

Beautiful kitchen area, gas hob with 4 rings, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, full fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, enough crockery for 8 people. Pot's and pan's.

Living room area has 2 sofas one which is a bed sofa, 43” Smart TV, DVD player, free WIFI, veranda with seating and a private parking space.

DUE TO NUMEROUS CASES OF DAMAGE AND DISREGARD OF CARAVANS PLEASE READ THE SECTION IN RED WITHIN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN FULL.

PHOTO ID AND PROOF OF ADDRESS TO BE SENT DIRECTLY BY EMAIL TO THE OWNERS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

A UTILITY BILL DATED WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF THE DATE OF BOOKING MUST BE SENT AS PROOF OF ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESUBMIT AGAIN NEARER YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.

ALL ID WILL BE DESTROYED 2 WEEK’S AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE FROM THE CARAVAN PROVIDED THERE IS NO MALICIOUS DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE CARAVAN OR SURROUNDING AREA.

BOOKING -

Family Hire Only, No all-male or female parties, message with any queries.

BEMPTON HEIGHTS GETAWAY reserve the right to terminate your accommodation if, in their opinion, any person behaves in a way prejudicial to the well-being of others. No refund of any monies will be offered should this happen.

The total number of persons staying in the caravan shall in no circumstances exceed the capacity of the holiday home (4 berth), 6 people, only persons named on the booking form will be permitted to stay.

Any breakages or damage to either the contents or structure of the caravan must be reported and may be chargeable, allowances are made for accidents.

Although cleaners are employed, it is the responsibility of the hirer to maintain the caravan and its contents to a reasonable standard during their stay. Should the hirer fail to do this, and the caravan is left unable to be re-let, we are entitled to recover reasonable repair expenses and any loss of rent.

No Pets Allowed at any time in the Caravan. Failure to abide by this policy will result in your holiday being cancelled and no monies being returned including the Security Bond.

By confirming a booking, you are responsible for your party and their conduct and agree to abide by the site rules.

BEMPTON HEIGHTS GETAWAY do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, damage or loss caused to any person/persons or property belonging to the hirer or any third party during their stay.

The hirer is responsible for taking out their own private insurance to cover their own personal items/contents during their stay as well as travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that are out of BEMPTON HEIGHTS GETAWAY control.

Any complaints regarding the accommodation or any shortage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of arrival otherwise, we will be unable to investigate the matter properly.

There is a strict No Smoking Policy anywhere, within the Caravan. Any damage caused to the Decking Area by cigarette burns will be chargeable to the hirer, for repair of the damage. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the correct manner and not left anywhere near the caravan

PETS -Guest Pets are not allowed. Anyone found to have brought a pet with them will surrender any Security Deposit left and may incur additional charges on top for any extra cleaning that may be required. Your holiday will also be cancelled and you will be asked to vacate the caravan with no refund available.

The hirer may arrive no earlier than 3pm, early arrival must be requested, this cannot be guaranteed but we will try and accommodate the request. The holiday home must be vacated no later than 9.30am on your departure day. Please return the caravan key to the key safe on departure. If these times are not adhered to an extra days rent may be charged/Security deposit kept.

We offer a 24-hour arrival system as the caravan key is located in a key safe at the caravan.

In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your gas, water or electric supply during the evening there is 24-hour site security available. The number can be found on your holiday confirmation and should be on a poster inside our holiday home.

Should you wish to use Havens facilities i.e. club, pool, amusements etc. you will need to purchase passes from reception. These are not included in the cost of your holiday. Please contact Reighton Sands Holiday Park for prices

DEPOSITS-

All deposit and balance payments are non-refundable. Should you cancel after you have paid your balance, we will only offer a refund if we are able to re-let the caravan for your reserved dates, this may mean we can only refund part of your money if we have to offer the holiday at a reduced rate. In all cases your deposit is non-refundable. You are advised to take out your own insurance to cover this.

A non-returnable deposit of £50 is payable per caravan per week/short break, in leaving a deposit you agree to pay your outstanding balance in full 6 weeks prior to your holiday date. Should you fail to pay this we will re-let your reserved dates without any notification.

PAYMENTS

1. Payment in full at time of booking

£50 deposit at time of booking then the remaining balance paid 6 weeks before your holiday.

INSURANCE –

We strongly recommend that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you and anything out of BEMPTON

HEIGHTS GETAWAY Control; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; pre-existing medical conditions, loss of baggage and money and other expenses.

CANCELLATIONS –

If you cancel your booking, then your deposit won’t be refunded. If you have paid your full balance

or part of the balance then we will refund your money as soon as we resell those dates. If we can’t re-sell the dates no refund will be given, except in extreme circumstances.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE DAY –

Check in times are 3pm onwards, early check-in may be available on request.

Departure time is 9.30AM

OVER CROWDING –

The caravan is 8 berth, which means max people allowed is 8.

if over-crowding is suspected then you will be asked to leave immediately.

KEYS –

The caravan keys are located in a key safe on the veranda near the side door, please remember to put them back in the safe at the end of your stay.

PARKING –

There is a car parking next to the caravan.

CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE CARAVAN AT THE MOMENT

Under no circumstances must you use the electricity supply from the caravan. Haven do not allow this and if you are seen to be doing so, you may be asked to leave the park immediately. The caravan electricity is not up to the standard requirements for charging Electric Vehicles. This is dangerous and may cause damage to your vehicle and the caravan of which you will be liable for any costs incurred by ignoring the terms and conditions.

HEATING –

Please check you have switched the heating off before your departure.

The caravan must be left as it was found i.e. pots/pans washed/dried and put away, bins emptied and rubbish removed.

SMOKING –

STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the caravan at all.

Please dispose of any Cigarette Butts in the correct manner.

Any damage caused to the Decking Area from Cigarette Burns will be chargeable to the Hirer.

No disposable BBQs allowed on the decking at any time.

We cannot accept liability for problems outside of our reasonable control such as breakdowns of domestic appliances, plumbing etc, although every effort will be made to rectify problems as soon as possible.

If any faults occur, please inform us and we will do our best to sort it ASAP.

Our holiday home is privately owned. With that said, this is our second home and must be treated with respect. Please leave our caravan as you would wish to find it, ensure it is clean and tidy on departure – all pots are washed/put away and all rubbish has been removed and that you have secured the Caravan before leaving – All windows shut, and door locked.
