Maintained to a very high standard and frequently used by the owners and their family, this 8 berth high spec caravan boasts double glazing, central heating , mains gas and electricity at no extra cost, freshly made beds when you arrive, USB plug sockets, Wi Fi, freeview TV, a large 8ft x 24ft veranda with secureable gate and 8 seater picnic table, 3 bedrooms, 2 loos, extra pull out double bed in the lounge and allocated parking close to the caravan.

The comfortable lounge/dining area has a modern sofa corner unit and 32" TV. The kitchen is equiped with all you need for a comfortable family break. In the outside storage cupboard there is a charcoal barbeque for guests to use.

The price includes all entertainment passes for access to Butlis and the caravan is conveniently sited as close as posible to the Butlins facilities.

Minehead's beautiful sandy beach and the lovely seaside town are a short walk from the resot. If you wish to explore further; a drive along the A39 westwards will take you to the village of Porlock and then further, across Exmoor to Lynmouth and Lynton.

The whole area is bursting with interesting things to do and places to go if you find the time to leave the resort.

A non refundable £75 deposit secures any break. The balance, plus a £50 refundable security bond, is payable 8 weeks before you are due to go. (We can sometimes be flexible).

Groups for Butlins Music (adult) weekends are welcome. A larger £100 or £200 refundable security bond is required and we prefer a maximum of 6 guests. A surcharge of £25/person (Max £50) will be charged for more than 6guests in one caravan.

Located in the serene seaside town of Minehead, the resort is nestled in the beautiful hilly moors of Exmoor in Somerset, neighbouring a gorgeous golden sandy beach.

As the largest of our three resorts, Minehead is the ideal location for families wanting to embrace everything that's brilliant about the Great British seaside (including the unpredictable weather!) with acres of resort to roam and nearly one mile of beach on our doorstep.

You'll find everything you need to make your break special at Minehead. There's delicious restaurants, a vintage fairground, the Skyline Pavilion where you'll find the entertainment, plus a charming Chapel in our grounds, too!

If you fancy doing a little exploring outside of the resort, Minehead has so much to offer. In proximity to Exmoor National Park, you'll find nature trials and walking paths with lovely views. Dunster Castle is nearby, with the West Somerset Railway open for a nostalgic trip on the steam train.
