This lovely pet friendly caravan is situated overlooking a lake in the gounds of the park next door. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together.  A second double is situated under the lounge seating.  Just a short walk to the famous Dawlish Warren Blue Flag beach;  perfect location for families, walkers, golfers, bird watchers and anglers.  The Warren takes you to the Exe Estuary which is noted for its wildlife and rare flowers.

It's a bird watchers paradise with thousands of over-wintering birds which are easily seen from the Warren bird-hide. On the river Exe, Stuart Line Cruises offer bird watching trips; for more info visit www.birdwatchingcruises.co.uk  (01395 279693).  Also within easy driving distance are the RSPB Hide at Bowling Green Marsh, Topsham and Exminster Marshes.

A £100.00 non-returnable deposit is required with the balance of the full booking price paid within 21 days of booking date.

Prices do not include optional passes for complex facilities and entertainment. These are available directly from the park.All bed linen ,towels and bath mats must be brought with visitors.Guests must give all names in their party to the park office.Guests to leave by 10.00 am on departure day, and arrivals not before 2.00 pm.The key safe code will be given as soon as the covid cleaning is complete.
