Guests can make the most of the park’s boutique hotel, bar, and indoor/outdoor dining options, as well as a children’s play area.The location is ideal for exploring nearby gems such as Black Rock Sands, Criccieth Castle, Harlech Beach, and the picturesque village of Beddgelert.For those who love the outdoors, Snowdon is within reach via Pen-y-Pass, and golf enthusiasts will find excellent courses in Porthmadog and Harlech. Booking terms and conditions:
Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival date.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of deposit.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2pm
- Check-out time: 10am
Occupancy
- Only the guests listed on the booking confirmation may stay in the caravan.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
- No subletting or parties/events are permitted.
Pets
- Pets are allowed:
- They must not be left unattended in the caravan.
- All dogs to be kept on a lead whilst walking around the caravan park.
- Guests must clean up after pets.
- Any pet-related damage will be charged to the lead guest.
Smoking & Vaping
- Smoking and vaping inside the caravan are strictly prohibited.
- Evidence of smoking inside may result in additional cleaning charges.
Care of the Caravan
- Guests agree to keep the caravan clean and tidy during their stay.
- Any breakages or damage must be reported immediately.
- Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused during the stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Noise & Behaviour
- Please respect neighbouring caravans and site rules at all times.
- Excessive noise, anti-social behaviour, or illegal activity may result in immediate removal from the site without refund.
Site Rules
- Guests must comply with all rules and regulations set by the holiday park.
Liability
- Guests stay at the caravan at their own risk.
- The owner accepts no responsibility for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Injury or accidents occurring during the stay
- Temporary loss of utilities, Wi-Fi, or site facilities beyond their control
Force Majeure
- The owner cannot be held liable for events outside their reasonable control including severe weather, flooding, pandemics, government restrictions, or park closures.
Lost Property
- Any items left behind may be returned upon request, with postage costs paid by the guest.
Agreement
- By paying the deposit or balance, the lead guest confirms they have read and accepted these booking terms and conditions on behalf of all guests staying in the caravan.
