Brand new supirior plus/deluxe 8 berth caravan. One double room comprising of and two twin rooms. The sofa pull out bed makes this an 8 berth caravan. There is a spacious shower room with wc. There is also a second wc. The living area is open planned. There is a spacious lounge with a dining area, gas fire and LCD Freeview TV, DVD, Hi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other utensils needed in a modern kitchen.. Additional heating through out. cds,board games,deckchairs,buckets and spades,iron,ironing board,pegs,airer,hairdryer,hoover are provided.
Travel cot is available at no extra cost on request
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is not provided but can be hired on site.
There is also private parking next to the caravan.
For your own safety the caravan is equipped with a smoke alarm and fire extinquisher

Due to recent problems with items being removed from the caravan and damage being caused by people simply treating my caravan badly I am now having to charge a £50 bond. Its not something I want to do and have declined from doing so in the past but unfortunately I now find it neccessary. The bond will be refunded to your address within the week of your departure once my caravan has been checked by myself. if however damage has been caused or any items are missing then the cost for renewal or repair will be deducted from the bond. \the odd broken glass or plate is understandable and of course will not be charge.
Families/coulpes only. No same sex groups (havens rules)
Please also respect the non-smoking rule
The park has beach access where you can also walk directly to filey along the beach.
On site facilities consists off 4 pools, fairground. full size fishing lake,pedlos,lazer quest,starbucks,burger king, fish n chip shop, restaurant bar 2 entertainment club rooms,large arcade and much more.
If funwork passes are required I will need to know how many people would be going and the ages of any children.
