This  non smoking holiday home which is open plan and spacious . It has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people when using lounge sofa bed . The bedrooms have lined black out curtains ensuring a good night sleep 

The garden is fenced making it secure for small children and dogs , there is a six seater patio table with parasol and a charcoal bbq . 

Designated parking to front of van for 2 cars 

Please note once the caravan has been booked we remove those dates from site so there is no confusion 

check in 2 pm check out 10am 

Kitchen & Dining Area

Open plan kitchen and lounge consisting of fridge freezer , microwave oven, 4 ring gas cooker, toaster, kettle and fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. Dinning table with bench seating 

The Living Area 

The living area has a corner sofa with scatter cushions, coffee table, tv with free view, DVD player and a selection of dvd. A cube storage seat with a selection of family board games. Radiator 

Bedroom One

Double bed with fitted bed side sheves and bed side lights, dressing table area with hair dyer and hair  straighteners , large walk in waldrobe and radiator 

Bedroom Two

This is a twin room with wardrobe and radiator 

Bathroom 

This consists of toilet, hand basin, mirror and large shower

A £100 non refundable deposit per week is required when you book your holiday (due within 7 days of booking). The balance is then required 4 weeks prior to your holiday, unless last minute booking. When paying the balance of your holiday, we require a £100  good house keeping bond. This covers any breakages or any extra cleaning which may be required. This will be refunded shortly after your holiday once the caravan has been checked. 

Dogs 

A dog may be considered at an additional cost of £10 a week per dog (please inform us of breed) 

Dogs must not be left alone or allowed to sleep on beds (so you may want to bring your own pets bed as there is plenty of room)

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
