Funworks Passes are NOT included in the price. These are required should you wish to use the Haven facilities, including fishing.

COMPLEX PASSES can be booked via booking confirmation on line or are available from Site reception and are not required for children under 4 years.  PASSES SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS AT THE MOMENT

On Park facilities include,(Sandy beach opposite park),lakeside course,,heated indoor pool,outdoor pool.entertainmentclub,amusement arcade ,Spar covenience store, Pappa Johns pizza, Burger King, Fish & chips take away & restaurant.
Fun flatables, tennis coaching, fishing coaching, kart hire, archery coaching, launderette, mash & barrel lounge /cafe, Papa Johns pizza, Fish & chips (delivery service available ).

Fun time kids shows, kids play area Character breakfasts some thing for all the family .

 Keys are collected from a key safe .We advise re access once full payment is received

Please note that a £50 security deposit may be be added to Balance payment ( this wiill be refunded 7 days after end of Holiday provied NO damage has occurred & Terms & conditions have been met, you will be provided with these on booking)

A deposit of 20% or £50 deposit whichever is the greater is required on booking then balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to start of holiday. If less than 4 weeks then payment to be paid in full.

Payment is accepted by Bacs, cheque or Paypal if paying by Paypal 4% must be added to cover paypal fees or opt to accept fees yourself when sending payment.

Payments can be made by Paypal  with major Debit/Credit cards accepted a PayPal account is not required

If the dates requested are advertised as 3 and 4 nights a discount is available for 7 nights.

Likewise if you require a 3 or 4 night break, this is possible, but it will incur a small surcharge due to the cleaners charges.

Discount may also be given for 14 night bookings.
