The caravan is situated close to the paths leading to the beach on one side and in the other direction is the village of East Runton. Local amenities include a butcher, convenience store/newsagents, a pub and a fish and chip shop. There are regular car boot sales nearby. Local bus services run frequently through East Runton. The seaside town of Cromer can be found about 1 mile from the caravan.
This comfortable dog friendly caravan can sleep up to six people, with two bedrooms, one double and one twin. It also has a pull-out double sofa bed in the main living area. There is a shower room and toilet. Cooking is by a gas hob and oven. The kitchen also has a small fridge-freezer as well as a microwave.
Sitting/dining room - Has all round seating, with dining table and stools, 28inch flat screen TV with Freeview. There is a gas fire or optional electric heater, fitted carpets, some board games, and a selection of books. There is an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen - Fitted cupboards, gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, slow-cooker, kettle and toaster.
Main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, over-bed cupboards, bed side units, fitted carpets.
Second Bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and over-bed cupboards, fitted carpet.
Shower/toilet room - Shower, wash basin, and toilet.
Outside: decking, storage box and seating - folding chairs, buckets and spades and wind break. You are welcome to use these.
Parking for 1 car is available on the door-side of the caravan.
Provided: bed linen, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar and tea-towels.
Caravan is dog friendly (with space for up to 2 dogs)

Owned and operated by the Babbage family for over thirty years, Gap Caravan Park is a great place for family holidays, situated adjacent to the beach and just a few minutes walk from East Runton Village centre.
There's plenty of things to see and do around East Runton, horse riding, fishing, tennis, golf and miles of beach for soaking up the sun or building sand castles.
Close by there is the town of Cromer, with its Blue Flag sandy beaches, pier, museum, lifeboat and the famous end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away is a busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool and the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride on to the Georgian town of Holt.
