A brand new caravan for 2017 which is a Swift Snowdonia model, it is situated on an elevated position, with lovely country and far reaching views on this immaculately kept 5-star family run and privately owned site.  A warm welcome awaits you at this well-established, peaceful, well-kept park which has been awarded 5 stars from Visit Wales, (Exceptional with a degree of luxury).

There is decked area to the side of the caravan which enjoys both the morning  and evening sun, in the afternoon to the side and back of the caravan there is a large grassed area perfect for sitting and taking in the sun too,   there is  room for your car and parking is to the side of the caravan.  There is patio furniture and table and parasol for you to enjoy taking in the views from the decking. Lovely cushioned seats for your comfort and enjoyment.

You will be staying in a luxurious 2 bedroomed caravan, both bedrooms have Duvalay mattresses, with the added benefit of deluxe mattress toppers and protectors, luxurious duvets and pillows making for a restful sleep.  The caravan provides sleeping for 4 people maximum.

The master bedroom has a double bed,   double wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space with a dressing table with stool for your comfort with a large mirror and shelf.  A door leads to an en-suite comprising of a toilet and wash basin for additional privacy and convenience.

The second bedroom has two single beds these also benefit from the Duvalay mattresses and deluxe toppers and protectors, there is a double wardrobe with drawers and cupboard with shelves. 

The main bathroom is fully equipped with a walk in large shower, washbasin, mirrored cupboard, with a shaver socket and toilet.

 There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, including full sized gas oven and hob, fridge / freezer with built in wine rack, microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining table seats 4.

There is a good-sized lounge which has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa for your comfort and relaxation, 32” flat screen HD TV, and a remote controlled electric fire with flame effect for when the sun goes down. There is also a coffee table with integrated footstools.

The caravan benefits  and is fully double glazed and has gas central heating. Combination boiler with instant hot water for shower and washing.

The owner’s family has a small dog and has been in the caravan, Please refer to booking conditions.

Local Shops  and just outside the caravan park, their is a chinese restaurant, bistro, newsagent and convenience store  and a good sized Co-op supermarket,  these are all just a 5-minute walk away.

 Llandudno is 2 miles away,  with lots of shops, cinema, swimming pool, theatre lovely bay and beach with a pier the great orme, or even closer is Penrhyn Bay which is a short walk away with a lovely promendae and a golf course. Then their is Rhos on Sea which is popular and is just 1 1/2 miles away with its lovely beach, and has pubs, restaurants and cafes with lovely gift shops for your enjoyment..  There is a  bus stop just outside the park and buses run frequently to Llandudno or Penrhyn.  The caravan is strictly non-Smoking.  

To secure your holiday a deposit of £200 is required at time of booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of holiday.  The deposit is non refundable. 

Terms and conditions of booking will be sent with information about the park before you pay your deposit , then the deposit can be paid once you are happy.

Maximum of 4 guests to stay in caravan.

Bedding can be provided at an additional cost for the double and two singles this is £30

Please remember to bring your own bath and hand towels and tea towels as they are not provided.

There is an additonal charge for cleaning.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
