'El Sueno' is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home found in the Sea Breeze area of Shorefield Country Park where spa facilities, 2 pools, bars, children's club, a small fishing lake and much more can be found.  The Park is close to the New Forest and the home is just a 10 minute walk from both the main Park complex and the nearest beach where the Solent Way, a long-distance walk from Milford-on-Sea to Emsworth Harbour, can be joined.  The home is fully double glazed and centrally heated with its own dedicated 2-car parking space.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, plenty of cupboard and drawer space, dressing table and a flat screen TV; the en-suite has a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.  The second bedroom is twin-bedded, also with lots of storage and a flat screen TV.  There is a shower room with a full size shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

The spacious lounge is light and airy with patio doors leading to the south-facing veranda where additional seating is available and the sun can be enjoyed from one end of the day to the other.  It has an electric fire, 43inch flat screen TV and DVD player; an assortment of books and DVDs have been provided.  Free wi-fi is available across the Park.

There is an open plan kitchen with a dining area that seats 4.  It is fully fitted and includes a 5-ring gas hob, grill and oven, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; all essential pots, pans, utensils and crockery are supplied.  A Nespresso Krups Pixie coffee machine and a slow cook pot are also available. There is also a patio area next to the home with table and chairs for outside dining.

All bed linen is provided but guests are requested to bring their own towels.  This home is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

The Shorefield staff are very helpful should you have a problem but you can also contact the owner by e-mail or telephone.

Lettings are normally from Friday to Friday (negotiable); weekend and mid-week breaks are also available with a minimum booking of 3 nights.  A non-refundable £100 per week deposit is required at the time of booking; full payment, plus £100 security deposit, is required no later than 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.  Once any loss, damage or breakages have been taken into account, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days.  Please note, this is a strictly non-smoking caravan and the deposit will be withheld if the smell of smoke has to be cleared.

The club house features bars, eateries and regular entertainment for the whole family. The leisure facilities at Shorefield Country Park can only be described as excellent, providing activities for all the family. Leisure activities include: A small stocked lake for fishing (rod licence required), nature activities in the nature centre, leisure club featuring heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath. There is also a fully equipped gym, beauty spa and hair salon.

Complementing the above there is also the opportunity in the summer to take part in several exciting challenges thanks to a partnership in 2008 with PGL (The UK's leading provider of School trips) within Shorefield's outdoor activity centre. The activities are open to everyone aged 7 and over and activities include: Archery & Air Rifle taster session, Abseiling, Climbing wall and Trapeze. Please note that pre-booking is essential for 2 hour sessions and payment is required at time of booking.
