£100 secures your dates and acts as your security deposit once the holiday home has been inspected. All balances must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival(unless otherwise agreed) 

Booking deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel your stay with us, although may be transferred to another date subject to availability.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOLIDAY HOME OR DECKING AS THIS COULD CAUSE DAMAGE 

Only guests included on the booking are allowed to stay at the holiday home for insult and fire regulation purposes, anyone found to have more guests in than booked will be asked to leave the holiday home immediately with no recourse to any refund

Any damages/excessive cleaning above the £100 security will be charged accordingly and you are agreeing to all our T&C's upon booking with us

At Cleethorpes Pearl your only decision is what to enjoy first - the refurbished outdoor heated swimming pool, sports bar, outdoor play parks, tennis court or the green natural spaces that have seen the park receive the highest accolade in the David Bellamy conservation awards. 

In the evening get your glad rags on for dinner and a few drinks in buckets restaurant and sports bar and then enjoy a night out or with visiting acts with the entertainment offered by the park.
