When making an enquiry via text or email it will be helpful if you could let us know if you will be requiring Haven Facility passes, these are extra and will have to be purchased from Havens' reception. The 2018 prices are Children (4 to 15 years old): £ TBA off peak £ TBA peak. Adults (16+): £ TBA off peak £ TBA peak. Peak rate applies to main holiday periods.
Bookings are subject to availability and need be made by a person over 18 years of age.
All Male or All Female groups aged 25 years or under years of age accepted only by special arrangement please contact us to discuss.
When we confirm availability, the dates can be reserved and a non-refundable deposit will be due within 5 days to secure the booking.
Balance of payment Plus a security deposit of £100 will be due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Secuity deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks following the end of your holiday, provided the accommodation is left clean & tidy and there are no breakages. For further information regarding the security deposit please scroll down to the bottom of this section.
Deposits & Payment Due Dates
To secure a booking the following deposit is required:- £60 for each full week, £50 for 4 night short break or £40 for 3 night weekend break, the balance (including the security deposit) will be due 4 weeks before holiday commencement date.
When booking a Special/Late Offer or a Holiday that is due to commence within 6 weeks the Full Payment (including the security deposit) will be required to secure your booking. Please also see note above notes regarding Haven Facility passes.
Please note:- Following your initial enquiry and booking request, we will reserve dates for up to 5 days by which time a deposit must be received to secure the booking.

Credit or Debit card payments (max £500) can be taken over the phone, however an additional 2.5% fee will be applied to cover the charge made by the processing company.
Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights). Short breaks from Monday to Friday Weekend breaks from Friday to Monday (Unless otherwise stated).
When the holiday has been paid in full, we will post confirmation / receipt and a PIN code and instructions to obtain the keys from the Key Safe at the caravan. In special circumstances a key can be posted to you by recorded delivery or collected from reception.
Even though the caravan is checked and cleaned between each rental in order to protect your security deposit it is advised that you do a quick check and report breakages or missing items as soon as possible to the owner on 07782 268892
Please vacate the Caravan by 10:30am at the latest. After locking both caravan doors, ensure the keys are placed securley back into the keysafe for the next guests. Lost/Missing keys will result in £15 (per key) being deducted from your security desposit, plus a further £25 should loss or damage occur to the keypad, this is to cover the cost of replacement(s) and fitting.
Should any problems arise during your stay or when you have to switch over the gas bottles please contact the owner on 07782 268892. In the event of an emergency, loss of electricty or water supply please contact reception or security staff if outside of office hours.

We rent out our caravan when we are not using it to give families the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a Haven Holiday Park. Our prices are set at reasonable rates, to help towards running costs such as gas, electric, ground rent, depreciation / wear & tear etc.
Unfortunately, in previous years there has been instances where the caravan was left unacceptable state, (on occassions the kitchen was left full of dirty pans and dishes!). There has also been several breakages. We do accept and allow for the replacement of items which become worn out through wear an tear or even the odd piece of crockery being broken. However, feel it very unfair when we are left paying out for the replacement of mistreated items and additional cleaning costs when the accommodation is left exceptionally dirty and untidy. Rather than charging higher rental prices and to be fair to those who leave the holiday home in a reasonable state. It was decided to introduce the security deposit.
