Bookings are subject to availability and need be made by a person over 21 years of age.
All Male or All Female groups aged 25 years or under years of age accepted only by special arrangement please contact us to discuss.
When we confirm availability, the dates will be reserved and a non-refundable deposit will be due within 3 days to secure the booking.
Balance of payment Plus a security deposit will be due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks following the end of your holiday, provided the accommodation is left clean & tidy and there are no breakages. Deposits & Payment Due Dates
Deposit required to secure booking:- £75 for each week, 3 or 4 night short break. Balance plus security deposit of £75.00 is due 4 weeks before holiday start date.
Full Payment plus security deposit is due for bookings which are due to start within 4 weeks of reservation being made.
Flexible Payment Options
1) Cheque or Postal Order. 2) Cash (Send by Royal Mail Special Delivery). 3) Internet or Bank Transfer (BACS). 4) Credit or Debit card payments, (One off ADMIN charge of £ 10.00 applies to every payment made by Credit/Debit Card or £15.00 by Paypal - (No charge if just the deposit is paid through this website).
Weekly bookings (7 nights) run from either Friday-Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks from Monday to Friday Weekend breaks from Friday to Monday (Unless otherwise stated).
After full payment has been received, you will be emailed a receipt, along with key box PIN code and instructions to obtain keys. Upon request keys can be posted to you by recorded delivery.
Even though the caravan is checked and cleaned between each rental, in order to protect your security deposit, it is advised that you do a quick check and report breakages or missing items as soon as possible to the owner on 07782 268892
Please vacate the Caravan by 10:30am at the latest. After locking both caravan doors, ensure the keys are placed securley back into the keysafe for the next guests. Lost/Missing keys will result in £15 (per key) being deducted from your security desposit, plus a further £25 should loss or damage occur to the keypad, this is to cover the cost of replacement(s) and fitting.
Should any problems arise during your stay or when you request that park staff switch over the gas bottles please message the owner on 07782 268892. By confirming your booking with payment of the deposit, it is accepted that you are in agreement with the Terms and Conditions as contained in the booking confirmation document in addition to information provided on this 3rd party website and our main webpage at www.caravan1.kjay.com
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you have suitable travel insurance in place prior to your visit, as should you need to cancel, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
We rent out our caravan when we are not using it to give families the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a Haven Holiday Park. Our reasonable prices are charges to help towards running costs such as gas, electric, ground rent, depreciation / wear & tear etc.
Treatment of Caravan
We do appreciate our unit is older and not in the class of some more modern caravans, however there have been instances where it has was left in an unacceptable state. We do not expect it to be left perfect and do allow for the replacement of items which get worn out via wear an tear or even the odd piece of crockery being broken. However, it's not accecptable for us to have to pay out to replace items which are mistreated/broken and/or additional cleaning costs due to caravan being left exceptionally dirty and untidy. The security deposit scheme was introduced to allow such costs to be recovered and avoid charging higher rental prices which is fairer to families who leave the accommodation in a reasonable state.
Conduct of Guests - Very Important
As owners we are responsible for guests we rent to and are at risk of having our unit removed from the site should any unacceptable behaviour by any of our guests take place.
If ANY circumstances arise where other caravan owners or guests are disturbed by unreasonable behaviour or other illegal activity by guests in our caravan, the park security team reserve the right to request that everyone in the party / family pack up and leave the park. If an incident arises which results in us being evicted from the park by Haven (Bourne Leisure), this is a Lawful Notice that an Invoice to the Value of £6000.00 will be lawfully sent to the lead person initaily responsible for the booking. If rejected, ignored or a refusal to pay ensues, full Legal Action will be taken to recover our losses. It is with great reluctance we have had to add this condition to our terms and conditions in 2020 due to a incidence which resulted in us receiving an official warning from Haven Plus significant costs to relace items within, and damage to, the caravan.

NB:- It is accepted that accidents do happen and its not problem when they are reported and paid for in part or totally through the security deposit. However we reserve the right pass on any costs which exceed the security deposit to rectify issues caused during your stay.
