Our Caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 Double and 2 Twin) and is located on an elevated spot. Car can be parked alongside the caravan patio area. Entertainment Complex, Swimming Pool, Bar, Café etc. are within easy reach.

NB:- Maximum of 28 nights can be booked at a time due to park regulations. Also during November, caravan
is available for accommodation only. Park facilities are limited with restricted opening in this period.

3 bedroom caravan sleeps 6 people. Gas Fire in Lounge. Colour TV with Freeview. Fully Equipped kitchen. Fridge with Freezer Compartment. Microwave Oven. Shower Room. Separate Toilet. Two Twin Bedrooms. Double Bedroom.

Duvets & Pillows Provided, but not linen please bring your own Pillowcases, Sheets & Duvet Covers plus Washing up materials, Towels, Tea towels, Toiletries and Bathroom Supplies.

** We welcome up to 2 pets for which there will be an additional charge of:- £ 20 per week or £ 12 per short break.

*** PASSES ARE REQUIRED if you wish to use the swimming pool, take part in the activities and/or access the holiday park complex and evening entertainment. These can be ordered through us with your booking and collected from holiday reception or purchased following your arrival.

KEYS are obtained from a secure key box attached to the caravan with a pin code you will be issued with, or upon request will be sent to you before your stay.

When making an enquiry via text or email, let us know if you will be requiring Haven Facility / Entertainment passes.

1. Bookings are subject to availability and need be made by a person over 18 years of age.

2. All Male or All Female groups aged 25 years or under years of age accepted only by special arrangement please contact us to discuss.

3. When we confirm availability, the dates will be reserved and a non-refundable deposit will be due within 3 days to secure the booking.

4. Balance of payment Plus a security deposit will be due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Secuity deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks following the end of your holiday, provided the accommodation is left clean & tidy and there are no breakages. Deposits & Payment Due Dates

Deposit required to secure booking:- £60 for each week,  3 or 4 night short break. Balance plus security deposit of £75.00 is due 6 weeks before holiday start date.

Full Payment plus security deposit is due for bookings which are due to start within 6 weeks of reservation being made. Please also see above notes regarding Haven Facility passes.

Flexible Payment Options

1) Cheque or Postal Order. 2) Cash (Send by Royal Mail Special Delivery). 3) Internet or Bank Transfer (BACS). 4) Credit or Debit card payments, (One off admin charge of £ 10.00 applies to every payment made by Credit/Debit Card).

Weekly bookings (7 nights) run from either Friday-Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks from Monday to Friday Weekend breaks from Friday to Monday (Unless otherwise stated).

After full payment has been received, you will be emailed a receipt, along with key box PIN code and instructions to obtain keys. Upon request keys can be posted to you by recorded delivery or collected from reception along with your passes.

Arrival

Even though the caravan is checked and cleaned between each rental, in order to protect your security deposit, it is advised that you do a quick check and report breakages or missing items as soon as possible to the owner on 07782 268892

Departure

Please vacate the Caravan by 10:30am at the latest. After locking both caravan doors, ensure the keys are placed securley back into the keysafe for the next guests. Lost/Missing keys will result in £15 (per key) being deducted from your security desposit, plus a further £25 should loss or damage occur to the keypad, this is to cover the cost of replacement(s) and fitting.

General

Should any problems arise during your stay or when you have to switch over the gas bottles please contact the owner on 07782 268892. In the event of an emergency, loss of electricty or water supply please directly contact reception 01634 270385 or security staff if outside of office hours on 01634 272929

By confirming your booking with payment of the deposit, it is accepted that you are in agreement with the Terms and Conditions as contained in the booking confirmation document in addition to information provided on this 3rd party website and our main webpage at www.caravan1.kjay.com 

Cancellations

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you have suitable travel insurance in place prior to your visit, as should you need to cancel, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Security Deposit

We rent out our caravan when we are not using it to give families the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a Haven Holiday Park. Our reasonable prices are to help towards running costs such as gas, electric, ground rent, depreciation / wear & tear etc.

Unfortunately, in previous years there has been instances where the caravan was left in an unacceptable state. We do accept and allow for the replacement of items which become worn out through wear an tear or even the odd piece of crockery being broken. However,  it is very unfair for us to be expected to pay for replacement of mistreated items and/or additional cleaning costs when the accommodation is left exceptionally dirty and untidy. The security deposit scheme was introduced to allow such costs to be recovered and avoid charging higher rental prices which is fairer to families who leave the accommodation in a reasonable state.
