A well maintained holiday caravan which sleeps up to six people, located at the five star Hoburne Devon Bay holiday complex.

Very well equipped. It has a spacious lounge with a coal effect electric fire, 40 inch TV, DVD player, WiFi and digital radio. All electric sockets include USB port.

The modern kitchen has everything you need, full size electric cooker (new 2016). The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (new suite 2016) with deluxe shower.

There is also a twin bedroom and all the beds have comfortable mattresses (new 2018). There is also a pull out double bed located in the lounge.

The caravan will be throughly cleaned by professional cleaners on day of arrival. However, we encourage you to leave the caravan in a reasonable state when you leave. There will be plenty of cleaning materials provided, please follow the instructions for use on the product. 
 

Whilst using the facilities on site, please following Hoburne rules regarding safety measures and procedures. These are for the safety of yourselves and fellow holidaymakers.

On arrival please do not go into reception, Hoburne are no longer handing over welcome packs, these will be in the caravan. There is a key in the keysafe on the outside of the caravan, the code willl be sent to you by text on the day of the start of your holiday. Please lock the caravan and put the key in the safe on the day of departure. In case of emergency Hoburne have a key in reception. 
 

If you loose the key are the caravan is left in an unacceptable condition after inspection by our cleaners you will be charged.

A BOND OF £50 IS CHARGED AND SHOULD BE INCLUDED WHEN THE BALANCE IS PAID.

This will be returned if everything is in order after inspection

£100 non refundable deposit required with booking balance being due 6 weeks before start of holiday.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday (peak season). Weekend (Friday to Monday and mid-week (Monday to Friday) breaks sometimes available, please call for details.

Check-in time 2pm check-out time no later than 11 am

No pets and no smoking.
