The caravan is a 2021 Deluxe model with 3 bedrooms. By using the sofa bed in the lounge, the caravan sleeps up to 8 people. In a nice quiet area near the lake. There is parking very close to the caravan.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, a Smart TV/DVD, wall-mounted remote control fan and an ensuite toilet with hand basin. The two twin bedded rooms, each have a TV/DVD. The larger twin room can convert to a king size bed. All beds have waterproof mattress protectors and waterproof pillow protectors on pillows. Bed linens are included and the beds will be made ready for your arrival. 
There is a high chair, changing mat, bed guards and a new travel cot which has an attachable basin for new borns.

Hairdryer, iron and table top ironing board.

The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and wash basin. 
You'll need to bring your own towels and t-towels.
Within the lounge you will find a 42" Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio/CD player with Bluetooth, along with FREE private Wi-Fi. Lots of dvd's, books and games to occupy on yourselves on a rainy day! 

The kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need, including an air fryer, blender and slow cooker. 

Outside we have a decking area which has a lockable gate to keep your little ones safe and secure. There's also a table and chairs for al fresco dining! 

Play passes will be extra and can be purchased either online once you're booked in or you can purchase on site.

Monthly payments by standing order are welcome.

All prices listed are for 3 or 4 nights stays. 7, 10 and 14 night stays are available upon request, please message for prices.

Same sex groups (not families or couples) are accepted with a security deposit of £100.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your date. This is non refundable should you cancel at anytime after initial booking. 
Balance will need to be paid 28 days before arrival date. If you cancel within 28 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost will be non refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival then 75% of the total cost will be non refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival then 100% of the total cost will be non refundable.
A refundable £75 security deposit (£100 for same sex groups not families or couples) will be added to the remaining balance. This will be refunded after your stay once the cleaner has confirmed everything is ok.
