Our caravan is situated on a beautiful caravan site right in the heart of Burnham On Sea, Somerset. Our caravan is 2013, 6 berth with one double bedroom with en suite and a full size twin room, a double pull out bed in lounge and a seperate bathroom with full shower. It is fully equiped caravan with everything you could possibly need for your stay inc full size Fridge/Freezer, TV, DVD,Freeview, Iron & Board, Microwave, basically everything including duvets and pillows for every bed which are laundered frequently.  The only thing you will need to take is your personal items,Duvet Covers, Pillow Cases, Sheets, Towels and Teatowels. There is a garden area at the side of the caravan with patio set for your use.

 No Smoking allowed inside caravan. 

We pride ourselves in the quality of standard you receive from us for your stay and we hope you would respect our very much loved caravan. All we ask is you leave the caravan in the same condition as it was when you arrived, we provide all cleaning products, vacuum and broom etc for your use.

On site there is a Club/Restaurant, shop, laundrette, play area, outdoor pools heated at 80 degrees all year round. there is a well stocked fishing lake which you are welcome to use. 

The club offers cabaret nightly in main season, childrens clubs and many other activities. The site is situated approx 5-10 minutes from sea front which is a nice walk past shops etc: Burnham On Sea has a range of great shops for all your needs, pubs and restaurants, pier etc: also there is a carboot every Saturday afternoon just around the corner from caravan at the BASC ground. ask in reception for details but there is so much going on in and around Burnham and Brean Sands. 

There are so many places to see and go i do supply brochures but you will find them placed everywhere for you to take inc money off vouchers etc: everybody of all ages will find something to do its the perfect spot for all ammenities. if your into golf or fishing great places in and around site and for the ladies ! shops galore from Burnham On Sea, Cribbs Courseway Bristol and The Sovereign Centre in Weston Super Mare just 15-20 minutes away in car. there really is too much to list Cheddar Gorge, Wooky Hole, Sealife Centre, Puxton Park ( a must for kids amazing) Bristol Zoo, Brean Leisure Centre with Fair, amusements, pubs, restaurants etc: only 5 minutes in car just so so much ............

We charge a £100 care & respect bond and once caravan has been checked after your departure then your bond will be returned within 7 days. If caravan is needed to be cleaned we charge £40 cleaning fee which will be deducted from bond. 

£100 deposit secures booking then balance including bond is due 6 weeks before your arrival.

This delightful level site is within the favourite Somerset resort of Burnham-on-Sea – just ten minute walk to the shops and the famous 7 mile long golden sandy beach.

Enjoy the solitude and sheer pleasure of fishing in a private tree lined lake while other members of the family laze away the day on our walled sun terrace beside the heated swimming pool. Eat, have a coffee or just relax in the poolside “Sail Loft”, complete with big screen FreeView TV and free Wi-Fi. If you feel more energetic why not bring a bike and explore some of the lovely country lanes around Burnham.

The younger children will have fun in the paddling pool, in the new under 10’s children’s playground. For the older ones there is a games zone with machines and video games plus all the activities in Burnham itself.

Relax and enjoy – Take some quality time out with great evenings for all the family at “The Boathouse”. So easy to get to, Lakeside is the perfect destination to offer something for everybody seeking a very special holiday experience.
