Welcome to our Butlins Caravan which is based in a quiet part of the caravan village approx 8 mins walk to the main resort.

Fully double glazed and central heated, it has 3 bedrooms (Master with King Size bed and en-suite toilet and wash basin) 2 x Twin Singles and 1 x Double pull out in the main living area. Sleeps 8.

Spacious lounge and dining area, 40inch Smart TV, DVD’s, Safe Fire, Private WIFI, books and children’s games to enjoy.

Fully equipped kitchen with full gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment.

Bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Outside there is a 12 x 8ft decking with patio furniture which has a lockable gate, 1 x parking spot.

All Bedding and bed linen is provided for your stay.

To book your break we require a £50 deposit to secure your dates, this is none refundable. Balance due 4 weeks before arrival.

We also ask for a refundable security bond of £100, which will be refunded  within 7 days after departure once the caravan has been checked for damages.

Adult Weekends are priced Caravan only - A Pass is required for each guest £45pp, which will be added to your booking on confirmation.

Additional family break passes are an extra charge:
5-7 Nights £55 Adult (Age 15 and above) Child £45 (Age 2 - 14) under 2's at time of holiday are free.

1-4 Nights £45 Adult (Age 15 and above) Child £35 (Age 2 - 14) under 2's at time of holiday are free.

They're super proud of their rich heritage, so you’ll find lots of original elements combined with 21st-century facilities. A Traditional Fairground (complete with vintage stall games) pays homage to it's seaside roots, while the brand-new entertainment venues keep things fresh and vibrant. 

Situated on the Lincolnshire Coast, 20 miles from Lincoln, it’s within easy reach of the Midlands and northern regions and has free on-site parking. Wondering why Billy Butlin chose this specific spot? That would be because of the beach! Skegness is home to one of the UK’s finest Blue Flag beaches, with an endless stretch of award-winning golden sand, right on the doorstep. 

When the sun’s shining, make the most of the adrenalin-fuelled outdoor activities. Take your pick from the high ropes, climbing wall, go-karts and freefall. And when the weather’s not playing ball? There’s loads to do inside including laser tag, bowling, arts and crafts and, of course, the huge Splash Waterworld. Renovated in 2018, the pool features nearly 3000 square metres of fun, with high-speed flumes, racing rapids, a pool for tots and a winding vortex slide that sends you spinning into a giant bowl.
