Welcome to our Butlins Caravan which is based in the Sandhills Area of the caravan village approx 8 mins walk to the main resort.

Fully double glazed and central heated, it has 3 bedrooms (Master with King Size bed and en-suite toilet and wash basin) 2 x Twin Singles and 1 x Double pull out in the main living area. Sleeps 8.

Spacious lounge and dining area, 40inch Smart TV, DVD’s, Safe Fire, Private WIFI, books and children’s games to enjoy.

Fully equipped kitchen with full gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment.

Bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Outside there is a 12 x 8ft decking with patio furniture which has a lockable gate, 1 x parking spot.

Travel cot, Highchair and Bed guard provided.

All Bedding and bed linen is provided for your stay.

Caravan guests are required to join the non booked queue to access Studio 36 and Centre Stage, all other venues are free flow.

To book your break we require a £50 deposit to secure your dates, this is none refundable if cancelled.

Payment is by Bank Transfer to our Business account. Your chosen date's will be reserved for 24 hrs to allow time for payment. The Balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

We also ask for a refundable security bond of £100, which will be refunded within 7 days following departure once the caravan has been checked.

Adult Weekends are priced Caravan only £275 ** A Pass is required for each guest @ £45pp, which will be added to your booking on confirmation.

There’s loads to do inside including laser tag, bowling, arts and crafts and, of course, the huge Splash Waterworld. Renovated in 2018, the pool features nearly 3000 square metres of fun, with high-speed flumes, racing rapids, a pool for tots and a winding vortex slide that sends you spinning into a giant bowl.
