*Our caravan provides everything to make Your holidays better.

*We have Tea pot, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils,gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, travel iron and iron board, air drier.

*Fresh bedding and bath towels provided.

*We have  TV(Freeview) with DVD Player and lots of discs . Colouring books and pencils, kids books.

*Please no more than 4 adults in a group

*Please no same sex groups.

*Our caravan is non-smoking, NO PETS .

*Direct access to the beach.

*Mini shop and Launderette on a site.

*We are on best location due to only 10 minutes walk to Fantasy island and Market, 10 min walk to entertainments and bars/pubs and also around 10 minutes opposite side to Butlins Entertainment Resort, only 5 minutes to Sealands Family bar.

*If You are tired from noise and vanity, and You want something quiet, its only 1 minute to the beach where you can have some snacks and cup of coffee at Uncle Barry`s café and enjoy beautiful sunrises.

*Our Caravan has veranda, comfort seats and coffee table. double glazing and electric heaters to keep You warm.

*Price includes bedding and towels, electricity, gas, water usage.

Damage security deposit of £75 required on every booking.

We require £75 deposit to secure, which will be refunded, when the caravan has been cleaned and checked, after departure and no damages found.

*Full balance of your holiday cost due 6 weeks before your holiday start.

*However if you cancel after 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit £75 will NOT be refunded.

*Incase if any damages deposit might NOT be refunded or refund partly.

*Deposit of £75 is NOT refundable, if any human fluids (urine, blood, vomits...) has been found on caravan cleaning/check time (carpet, beds, sofas...)

Sealands caravan park at Ingoldmells is at the far edge of the Butlins complex, with Fantasy Island theme park in close proximity as well as the famous outdoor markets. The site enjoys direct beach access and there is also an on-site shop.
