We would like to welcome you to our fully equipped family friendly caravan, it is pitched on the Parkdean Resorts Ty Mawr Holiday Park in Towyn close to the Tir Prince, Rhyl, Llandudno, Conwy and Prestatyn.

The site offers full Parkdean Resort facilities (passes not included in the price) and close to beaches, Tir Prince and the Towyn strip. On arrival you will report to the on-site reception to collect your welcome pack and keys.
Our caravan is perfectly situated on a prestige pitch, so that you are not directly overlooked and boasts Welsh countryside views. Full gas central heating and double glazed affords you a comfortable experience, with Flatscreen 32" LCD TV with freeview, Nintendo Wii with games, a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, ample seating in the living area, separate dining room table. Kitchen comes with a kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, toaster, full sized cooker and all pots/pans/cutlery/ crockery and utensils.
There is a walk in shower, single sink unit and toilet off the hallway, with a master bedroom complete with dressing table, wardrobe and cupboard space. A further two bedrooms each with two single beds, wardrobes and cupboard space, one comes equipped with a 22" flat screen TV with a DVD player and Playstation 2 with games. There are also various games, books and DVDs for use during your stay. Hairdryer and Iron with ironing board are also available.
A paving area is to the outside of the caravan with seating. Parking places are available for use by the hirer.
All bedding is included and will be freshly laundered for your visit. Gas and electricity is included in the price and on arrival you will find information on obtaining your site passes. The caravan will be fully valeted and ready for your holiday.

Ty Mawr is an all-action Holiday Park, set in gorgeous North Wales with enough activities to keep the most energetic kids happy.
Splash in the indoor pool or go crazy on the adventure playground. Play a family game of footie on the large all-weather sports court. In the evening head down to Sands Club and try your hand at bingo and watch the Teamstars and cabaret act doing their entertainment stuff!
