Barmouth Bay, Tal-Y-Bont, Gwynedd, West Wales (Ref.111052)

Our caravan has two bedrooms and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a double bed with ensuite toilet and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. It has a fully equiped kitchen with the usual conveniences. The lounge has a 43" smart TV and dvd player. 

There is outdoor seating for x8 people and ample parking for two cars. 

Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your OWN bedding (duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets and towels will be needed).

Dogs are welcome but we do ask you to bring a blanket for the sofa if you are letting them on it. Unfortunatley Away Resorts dont allow XL Bullies on any of there parks, so we cant allow this particular breed in the caravan.

The caravan is situated in a quiet part of the park with beautiful views of the National Snowdonia Park and less than a two minute walk to the long stretch of dog friendly beach.

If your looking for a different amount of nights or different dates than we have advertised but the dates around it are free please send us a message to see if we can accommodate you.

Rules:

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the caravan.

If using the oven please line the grill/ oven with silver foil.

PLEASE NOTE: Electric cars are not permitted to be plugged into the caravans (blows the electric on the whole park), please use the charging point outside of the laundrette.

A £100 deposit will be taken at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.

An additional £100 will be taken with the balance of your booking as a damage security bond. This is returnable once the cleaners have been in and checked the caravan for damages after your departure.

The Balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay. If your book within 6 weeks of your stay date the full balance plus the security bond will be payable on booking.

Please leave the caravan in the same Clean and tidy state you find it. 

Please contact us 24hrs before your check in date so we can provide the keycode for both the gate and caravan.
