A privately owned 2 bedroomed static caravan with large private hot tub situated cn the prime location Pony Meadow at the 5* holiday park White Cross Bay - Troutbeck Bridge (LA23 1LF). The caravan benefits from breathtaking views of Lake Windermere and surrounding fells and woodlands and is just a short walk from the onsite marina which has great boat launching facilities. White Cross Bay also offers a Bar, Restaurant, Indoor Heated Swimming Pool which also has a steam room, sauna and hot tub jacuzzi and Gym room as well as convenience store, play areas and an all weather sports facility which can be used for Tennis, Football, and Basketball etc. Wireless internet is available throughout the park.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed , fully fitted wardrobes, gas central heating, a 22 inch flat screen LCD/DVD combi player and benefits from an En-Suite bathroom with toilet and wash basin.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fully fitted wardrobes, gas central heating and an LCD/DVD combi player.

The bathroom has a large walk in shower cubicle with luxury wash basin and toilet which also benefits from gas central heating.

The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, Fridge/Freezer, and microwave. It is fully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable with crockery, utensils, toaster and pans etc.

The open plan Lounge/Dining room has a corner suite with electric fire, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and is centrally heated. The lounge is tastefully decorated and boasts fantastic views of the Lake. All televisions throughout have about 30 freeview digital channels including sky sports.

Outside is a large fully decked balcony which has quality rattan furniture and is an ideal place to spend the night admiring the Lake and fell views. There is also a 6 seater hot tub available which heats to 40 degrees and has total privacy from the neighbours it has underwater lighting, the hot tub is fully treated and is the ideal way to spend the evening admiring the night air.  - PLEASE NOTE AN EXTRA CHARGE IS PAYABLE FOR USE OF THE HOT TUB.

FOR A SMALL EXTRA CHARGE A BRAND NEW TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SMALLER MEMBERS IN YOUR FAMILY, PLEASE STATE WHEN BOOKING IF YOU REQUIRE THE USE OF THESE ITEMS.

 PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PRICES QUOTED DO NOT INCLUDE OVERNIGHT STORAGE OF BOATS WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE PARKED ADJACENT TO THE CARAVAN. ANY MOORING REQUIREMENTS FOR BOATS INCLUDING STORAGE HAVE TO BE BOOKED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE PARK. ALL PRICES QUOTED DO NOT INCLUDE LEISURE PASSES FOR THE SWIMMING POOL AND GYMNASIUM WHICH ARE £15 PER STAY PER FAMILY AND AVAILABLE FROM RECEPTION.
