The Cosy Coastal van can accommodate up to six guests across two bedrooms with a double sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, generous wardrobe space, wall mounted Smart television, seating area, dressing table and a private en suite with toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and ample storage with over head cupboards and a single wardrobe along with a wall mounted tv. 

Inside, the van is fully equipped for a relaxing stay, with double glazing and central heating throughout, plus a cosy flame-effect fire in the living area. There is a large Smart TV and WIFI, just put in your own Netflix log in details, and watch away! There is also a selection of DVDs, books, and games for your use during your stay.

The modern kitchen includes a full size oven, a large built-in fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, air fryer, kettle and coffee pod machine. The family bathroom includes a full size step in shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious and secure wrap around decked area with outdoor seating-perfect for dining or unwinding. There is also a secure enclosed South facing private garden with grass and seating as well as convenient parking alongside the van. The van is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged companions are very welcome to join you on your stay.

Bed linen and hand towels and other essentials are included but you need to bring your own towels. Bookings are typically Saturday to Saturday, though short breaks may be available during quieter periods.

On-site amenities include 2 restaurants, one with a sports bar with entertainment including live music and weekly yoga class (payable) ,launderette, children's play area, two tennis courts and an enclosed dog walking field.

There are 7 beautiful bays & beaches close by (of which 6 are dog friendly) - Harlyn Sands, Trevone, Mother Ivey's, Booby's Bay, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, and Constantine Bay.

We are based only 3 miles from the charming seaside harbour town of Padstow, with Newquay only 13 miles away.

From Padstow you can take the short ferry ride to Rock where you’ll find several excellent pubs, cafe and shop. Other nearby destinations worth exploring include The Eden Project and the towns of Truro, Bodmin, and St Ives are all within easy reach.

For those who enjoy walking and cycling, the area offers breathtaking coastal paths and scenic routes.

The town of Wadebridge, provides all the major supermarkets, a wide range of shops, and several bike hire shops for the popular Camel trail which is available for all ages ( including dogs! ) - a beautiful route for walking or cycling.

In peak season (i.e. school holidays) lets are only from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. Shorter stays (i.e. 3/4 nights) are available out of season.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

A deposit of £100 is to be paid on reservation which is non-refundable. The balance of the holiday is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the total payment is due in full upon reservation.

Confirmation of payments will be sent by email and directions and instructions with the final receipt of payment. The key code will be emailed to you on the morning of your arrival 

Security deposit – An additional £75 security deposit is required with the full balance paid via BACS (bank transfer). The £75 will be returned in full through BACS provided the terms and conditions have been adhered to and there is no damage to the caravan.

CANCELLATIONS

Please inform us in writing by email if you have to cancel. Unfortunately your £100 deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation. It may be advisable to take out a cancellation insurance policy.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are above 21 years of age at the start of the holiday.

2. No same sex groups

3. The hirer is responsible for the caravan as signed and stated on the booking form.

4. All changes to a booking form are allowed only by prior agreement with the caravan owner in writing.

5. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons staying at the van, as well as any guests and visitors.

6. The hirer must give access to the caravan if reasonably required by the caravan owners or Seven Bay staff. 

7. The caravan owners shall not be responsible for death, consequential or otherwise, or personal injury to the visitor or any member of his/her party.

8. We operate a NO SMOKING/ VAPING policy within our caravan. Please do not leave cigarette ends outside the caravan area. If it is detected that people have smoked within the caravan your security bond will not be refunded as an additional deep clean will be required. Candles and other flammable objects are also NOT permitted in the caravan.

11. The visitor shall keep the caravan and all the furniture, fittings and effects in the accommodation in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday and shall leave the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. The visitor is responsible for all damage or loss to the accommodation and contents during their occupation and must report such damage or loss to the owner and pay appropriate compensation to the owner before departure. ***Please note for small individual breakages such as a glass, plate etc, these will not be classed as damage and will not affect your security bond, however please can you inform us of any breakages or replace them so that we can ensure that they are ready for the next visitors arriving***

12. The charging of electric or hybrid vehicles using the caravan electrical source is not allowed on park.

13. Electric scooters, hoverboards, quad bikes, segways or similar are NOT permitted on park.

14. Occupancy must not exceed the maximum stated on the website i.e. 6. If the maximum number of persons is exceeded without prior arrangement with the owner, the owner may refuse or revoke the booking. No refund will be made to the visitor. If it is brought to our attention that whilst using the caravan that more than the number of guests has increased or is above 6, you may be asked to then vacate immediately.

15. 2 Well behaved dogs are welcome but please advise at time of booking

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Normal time of occupation is after 3pm on the arrival day. Any delay by the visitor must be notified to the owner. Departure must be by 10.00am on the departure day.

INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

The information on the website is believed correct when published. While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, the owner cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein. The visitor must accept that minor differences between illustrations and the actual property may arise. In the interest of continued improvement, owners may alter or remove furniture, fittings, amenities or facilities advertised or previously available without prior notice. If material changes occur after the visitor’s booking is confirmed, the owner will advise the visitor.

Please note that you are not only bound by the owner’s terms and conditions but also by the terms and conditions of Seven Bays which can be found on their website.
