Our caravan is a 2009 ABI Sunrise Model with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 1 shower room/toilet. It has a decking area with outdoor furniture and a parking bay (space for 2 vehicles). It is located in the Powys area of Quay West and only a couple of minutes walk to the main entertainment complex and swimming pools. New Quay harbour and beach is a 10 minute walk away. The caravan has a TV/freeview, DVD player, games console and games, various kitchen appliances required for a self catering holiday which include a gas cooker, microwave oven and fridge/freezer, kettle & toaster. Iron & ironing board and travel cot are also supplied. The caravan has recently benefited from new carpets and cushion flooring and new curtains in the lounge area, and the decking area outside has been extended to provide a comfortable sized seating area at the side/rear of the caravan. Quilts and pillows are provided but you would need to supply your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. New Quay itself offers a good variety of restaurants and pubs and has lovely beaches where you can hire water sports equipment such as kayaks etc. There are dolphin spotting trips and fishing trips available and lovely coastal walks. There are plenty of tourist attractions nearby including Folly Farm, Oakwood, Borth Zoo and a steam train from Aberystwyth to Devils Bridge to name but a few of the many attractions in the area. Quay West Holiday Park has heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, evening entertainment, restaurant, kids clubs, children's play areas, crazy golf, zip wire, nature trail, amusements and has a Papa Johns Pizza outlet & shop and launderette on site. A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with full payment due 28 days prior to the start of your holiday and a £50.00 security deposit would also be required prior to the holiday, which is refundable within 2 weeks after your holiday, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the caravan. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed.
On the beautiful West Wales coast, the lovely Quay West Holiday Park is perfect for sea air, sea views and a free and easy holiday. There are fabulous river and woodland walks nearby, and scenic hill trekking to boot. Don’t miss the lovely harbour at New Quay, or an uplifting dolphin boat trip.
Feel free to fill each day in just your own way. Every family is different of course, but a typical day might begin with a lazy lie in or a family Wake 'n' Shake session. It could be a morning in the indoor and outdoor pool complexes, or trying your hand at Mini-Golf or Archery.
And then...
Lunch out at a great little pub or pop into our Cafe Bar & Grill. Afternoon try the Sports Court, explore New Quay or enjoy a relaxing game of Bowlingo. Early evening enjoy a stroll on the beach, take the nature walk or a barbecue. Then head off to the ShowBar for a drink, live music and dancing. So, whether it's out and about or staying on the Park, you're sure to have a great holiday at Quay West.
