Enjoy a memorable and affordable break in this spacious and cosy 3 bedroom holiday home. Sited in a quiet location on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park with wonderful views of the North Sea.    

This attractive, spacious mobile home has everything for an unforgettable holiday by the sea. Sited within Castle Dene Holiday Park it boasts an excellent view of the North sea and is only 20 metres from the Durham Coast path, and site frontage.  The site has wonderful views across the Tees Bay towards Yorkshire, and looks down on a magnificent cliff-edged beach.  

Crimson Dene is situated just two miles from Hartlepool, which boasts a rich maritime heritage and is home to the Royal Navy Museum, with its iconic masted warship, HMS Trincomalee.  You will be just an hour from the Yorkshire Dales and Northumberland, while the historic city of Durham is just 20 minutes away

The Holiday Park has a wide range of facilities, including children's play areas, five a side pitch, indoor swimming pool and an entertainment centre with bar, restaurant with inside and outside seating areas, amusement arcade and a full programme of live events, from cabaret bands to bingo. There is also a full programme of supporting events and activities for all the family and a kids club.  A pony trekking centre is just 5 minutes away.

Entertainment passes or Internet are not included in the quoted price, but they can be purchased directly through the Holiday resort.

The mobile home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living area is cosy and spacious and has a couch that can be converted into a double bed.  Heating is provided by a feature gas fire, and central heating, and there are fan heaters for the bedroom areas. while the caravan is also double glazed. There a 32 inch TV with freeview and the van has an alarm system and smoke detectors. 

The mobile boasts a newly refurbished kitchen equipped with a gas oven, microwave and kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, iron and ironing board and a full inventory of kitchen utensils.

There is one double master bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe and overhead storage. Two separate twin bedrooms, also have built in storage. PLEASE NOTE: For your safety, due to coronavirus guests should provide their own pillows, quilts and bedding.

Non-refundable deposit of £60 is required on booking. An additional £60.00 damages and cleaning deposit is also required, which will be fully refunded after your stay providing all is left in good order. All balances must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. Due to the coronavirus we are not providing pillows, quilts and linen at this time, so you will need to provide your own. Sorry, but we no longer accept pets.

Bookings are based on a full week, which is normally from Saturday (4.00pm) to Saturday (10.00am).  

Situated close to the Dene, a famous heyday of the 30’s, in an enviable position facing the Sea on Durham's Heritage Coastline. Enjoy fine views along the coast, stroll across the fabulous dunes on to one of the finest sandy beaches. Visit nearby Durham and Hartlepool Harbour for a choice of restaurants and great shopping.

On Park, splash around in the indoor pool or relax with a drink in the conservatory bar, taking in some of the most stunning views from the Park. The kids will love the adventure playground or a game of pool in the bar.
