Welcome to your home‑from‑home by the sea. Our spacious and modern 3‑bedroom static caravan comfortably sleeps up to 8.

From the wrap‑around decking, you can enjoy lovely sea views — perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxing, or simply soaking in the peaceful coastal atmosphere.

We believe your holiday should begin the moment you arrive, so all bedding is supplied and freshly made, ready for you to settle in straight away.

Inside the Caravan there are three comfortable bedrooms + pull‑out bed in the lounge and two toilets, including a master en‑suite. There are smart TVs in the lounge and bedrooms which can connect to YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime (using your own accounts). WiFi is included, a DVD player with a large collection of DVDs, and an Xbox 360 with a selection of games — perfect for keeping the kids (and grown‑ups!) entertained.

Fully equipped kitchen, homely comforts: Vacuum cleaner Iron & ironing board, hairdryer all bedding supplied and made up for your arrival.

Haven passes are not included, but can be purchased directly from Haven if you wish to use the on‑site facilities. Perfect For families, couples, and guests looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming base while enjoying everything Quay West and New Quay have to offer — with the added bonus of beautiful sea views.

To the side of the caravan there is also a private parking spot.

Lead guest requirements — The lead guest must be 25 or over and stay for the full duration of the booking.

No pets — Pets are not permitted in the caravan.

No group bookings — No group bookings, hen/stag parties, or same‑sex groups. Families and couples only.

Maximum occupancy — Maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants.

Check‑in & check‑out — Check‑in from 4pm, check‑out by 10am unless otherwise agreed.

Damage deposit — A £200 refundable damages deposit is required. This is returned on the day you leave, provided the caravan is left in good condition with no damage or excessive cleaning required.

Holding deposit — A £100 non‑refundable holding deposit is required to secure your dates.

Full payment deadline — The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before your holiday starts.

Smoking & vaping — Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan.

Park passes — Haven passes are not included. They can be purchased directly from Haven if you wish to use on‑site facilities.

Cancellations — Cancellations within 28 days of arrival are non‑refundable. Earlier cancellations may receive a partial refund at the owner’s discretion.

Weather & facilities — We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or any changes to Haven facilities.

Security — Doors and windows must be secured when leaving the caravan unattended.

On the beautiful West Wales coast, the lovely Quay West Holiday Park is perfect for sea air, sea views and a free and easy holiday. There are fabulous river and woodland walks nearby, and scenic hill trekking to boot. Don’t miss the lovely harbour at New Quay, or an uplifting dolphin boat trip.

When you visit South Wales you expect dramatic views, and Quay West Holiday Park certainly won’t disappoint. Follow the magical woodland walk down to the beach and not only will you find some stunning scenery to admire, but if you’re lucky you just might see some wild dolphins playing in the sea!
