A well presented 3 bed. 6 berth caravan. On the Very popular Promenade Park. Direct beach access. On site shop, cafe Fantasy island just across the road. Pet friendly.
Oasis bar, Joes beach bar, Hoolywood barvand diner, Arcades shopping all within a few minutes walk away.
Bus stop right outside park.
Unlimited Wi-Fi available ( £10 per stay)
Duvet and pillows are provided all have protectors on.
Covers are not included, you will need to bring your own duvet covers/pillow cases and sheets
A Bedding pack be supplied £20
Any pillows/duvets soiled/marked or damaged due to no bedding being used. The cost to replace/launder them will be deducted from you damages care bond
A Damages care bond of £50 is required
This is returned provided caravan left as found, no damages. Missing items or excessive cleaning required.

A £50 damages care bond is required this is Returned after stay provided caravan left as found. Usually within 48 hours. ( no excessive cleaning. Broken or missing items) no stains on beds/furniture
Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday date
If Holiday cancelled with 4 weeks of holiday date, only your damages care bond will be returned. Unless the holiday is relet,

The Promenade Caravan Park is located in the popular resort of Ingoldmells and benefits from direct beach access. The popular Fantasy Island Theme Park is located nearby, which is a great day out for all the family.
There is a local bus service which can take you to the nearby seaside resorts of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards as well as Butlins.
