Modern, luxurious 3 bed (sleeps 6) van on Havens Devon Cliffs. With glass fronted gated wraparound decking, lovely seaviews, a private parking driveway beside van, Smart Tv with Netflix, WiFi and lots of extras provided to give you a truly relaxing holiday. All rooms have usb charging points. We are located just a short walk to the facilities in a peaceful part of the park.

Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge freezer, integrated oven and microwave, hob and extractor fan.  Dining table and chairs and spacious lounge with 2 comfy sofas from which you can look out across the sea! Electric fire for those cooler evenings, Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speakers and a selection of books, games and DVDs for your enjoyment.

The patio doors open out onto the large, fully furnished decking with those beautiful views to relax and unwind.

The master double bedroom has an ensuite shower, toilet and washbasin, wardrobe, dressing table and tv with free view and DVD player inbuilt.  The 2 further twin bedrooms both have ample storage, with 1 also having a TV.  Your bedding is provided for all beds and freshly made up with bed linen ready for your arrival.

We provide lots of extras for you such as a hairdryer, travel cot, highchair and bed guard if required, iron and ironing board, Hoover. Also outside you will find a storage box with bats and balls, beach chairs, buckets and spades etc. 

On arrival you will find a welcome tray of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits, and a dishwasher tablet. Also handwash and loo roll in each of the toilets to freshen up on arrival.

This is our family holiday home and we try to provide all you need for a truly happy, relaxing stay. 
Im afraid we don't accept pets due to allergies and don't allow the charging of electric vehicles from the van although there are several charging points in the main arrival car park. 
please note if you require passes these are purchased from Haven via a link once registered by myself. Passes are required for swimming, evening entertainment venues or prebooking activities. Passes are NOT required for restaurants, takeaways, arcades, sports bar or to book activities in person on site or the beautiful blue flag beach.

Deposit of £100 week/£50 short break to book, with balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. There is a care bond of £100 due with final balance which is returned after your holiday once the cleaner has confirmed no damage etc and no breach of t&cs. Please report any damage/accidents so we can repair and make safe.

Many guests like to make ad hoc/ interim payments between booking and balance due date and this is absolutely fine.

Arrival is 2pm and check out is 10am. Passes (if you want them)  are purchased directly from Haven via a link sent to you once registered. I register all my guests 12 weeks in advance at which time you can book any activities you want. Passes are not required for restaurants, takeaways, arcade or sports bar area.

A Holiday Park located in a remarkable Devon setting...

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
