Keith & Sue would like to welcome you to White Acres luxury holiday park at White Cross near Newquay Cornwall which is run by Parkdean. The holiday park is set in 184 acres of beautiful country side with 13 tranquil fishing lakes making it the perfect destination for the angler or holiday makers alike.

About the caravan
Our caravan was brand new for august 2009 and is available for hire from march to november.Its of a very high standard and spacious with double glazing & gas central heating.Situated in a private location on the newly developed ash forest within close walking distance to the lakes.

Accomodation consists of 3 bedrooms 1 double & 2 twin.The master bedroom has a double bed and with fitted wardrobes along with alarm clock & hairdryer. The other 2 bedrooms consist of 2 single beds in each along with fitted wardrobes there is also a double pull out bed in the lounge so that 6/8 can be accomodated quite comfortably. Duvets & pillows are provided all you need is your own bedding this should include (sheets,duvet covers, pilow cases, towels & tea towels).The main living area is of a large lounge with vaulted celling there is a lcd TV with free view,dvd player,cd player/radio. Away from the lounge is an open plan diner leading on to a fully fitted & equipped kitchen with seperate grill & oven, fridge freezer, microwave, breville sandwich toaster and all other amenities expected in a modern kitchen. Bathroom consists of a modern shower,toilet & wash basin. There is also decking to the side of our caravan along with patio furniture with private parking and tackle locker. Strictly there is no tackle or bait is to be kept in our caravan/fridge or on the decking area at any time.

Securing your holiday a £50 deposit is required for out of season & £100 for peak season (which is non refundable) within 7 days prior to booking, Then the final payment is due 8 weeks prior to your stay.

Entertainment passes are also needed at an extra charge of £9.00 or £11.00 per person depending on season under 2 go free. Passes can be purchased through us or with parkdean.

You are required to thoroughly clean our caravan & equipment at the end of your stay as all products & implements are supplied.(inspections are carried out after departure)

Cleaning can be supplied through us at an extra cost of £30.00 please stipulate when making your booking

Please vacate our caravan by 10am & return keys to reception for our next guests.

Check in time is approximately 1pm.

Gas & electricity is included within your holiday costs.

This is our private holiday home please respect it and treat it like your own.

Any damage or break ages must be paid for or replaced with the equivilant be for your departure.Thank you.

Please note you are unable to hire private caravans/lodges if fishing the white acres festivals,sorry parkdeans rules.
