This 3 bedroom spacious caravan is situated on Barmouth Bay Holliday Park which has direct access to the gorgeous specious beach. The caravan is situated less than a minute's walk which is very handy if you forget anything and need to pop back.

The caravan is extremely comfortable offering a living area with large sofa, TV with freeview, WiFi is available through site. Freestanding dining table with plenty of seating space and kitchen comes complete with kettle, toaster, toasty maker, microwave, standard fridge  and all general kitchen utensils.

The toilet is seperate to the shower room which is convenient for families

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space along with hair dryer. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have twin beds and a single wardrobe.

There is also an iron.

A small washing line is also provided in the garden.

Pillows and mattress have protective covers which are stitched on to prevent guests from accidentally taking them home.  Douvets are also provided. Please note all other bed linen (sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases), towels (hand, bath, and beach) and toiletries are not provided.

Pets allowed, 1 dog if well behaved and does not carry mud over the carpets. Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds. An additional £40 charge is required for a pet. 

Outside has parking for two cars.

What is unique about our caravan is that it has a spacious fenced garden with patio table and chairs making it private and relaxing.  

There's an indoor heated swimming pool which has a sign in, at reception to enter, offering additional safety. The site offers a laundette, children's play area which includes a fenced enclosure for 5 aside football and basketball, as well as a separate play area next to it for younger children which includes slides, swings and a climbing frame. Next door to Barmouth Bay is The Sands Complex they have a fish and chip shop, a club/bar and amusements. Around the corner there is another complex with a restaurant and bar called 1957, amusements with coffee shop and another fish and chip shop. A few minutes walk will take you to a train station for days out to places like Pwllheli, Porthmadog, Harlech and Barmouth.

A minimum 3 night stay is required although last minute bookings for less will be considered. 

A £100 (non-refundable for cancellation) is required as a deposit payable at time of booking. This will also act as a bond which will be refunded after your stay once caravanhas been checked for damages. 

The balance will be due six weeks before your stay. Should your holiday begin within six weeks of your booking, full payment is required on booking. Families and couples only.

Sadly Barmouth Bay Holliday Park do not allow XL Bulldogs therefore we are not able to allow them to stop at the caravan. 

We are not able to allow cars to be charged using the caravan electric supply.  A charging port is available on the Barmouth Bay site. 

Please leave the caravan as you found it, and treat it like your own home. We accept that accidents happen and appreciate you informing us ASAP so we can rectify to prevent future guests from being inconvenienced.
