Luxury 3 bedroom caravan with decking balcony and Sea view up on Woodlands. 

Cleaning under the strict guidelines of Covid 19 - the caravan is cleaned with anti viral and disinfectant products between each guests stay. 

Caravan is fully central heated and double glazed throughout.  Extremely comfortable lounge area and separate dining area.  HD ready LCD Flat Screen TV with built in DVD player and Freeview channels - Veranda Decking Steps -  Tomy ™ style removable Bed Guard -   We provide Pillows and Duvets  you need to bring your own duvet covers sheets and pillow cases.   Lounge comes with a double pull out bed to make a 4th bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge, gas cooker, gas hob, kettle, toaster and hoover.

Master bedroom with comfortable double bed with overhead cupboard space, wardrobe, dressing table shelf and stool and bedside shelves with bedside lighting as well as main overhead light.

2 x twin bedroom with single wardrobes and under bed drawers and extra overhead cupboards.  We also have a cot guard side that can be used with the single beds.

ALL HOLIDAYS FROM 19 July 2021 - Covid 19 Latest Update from Haven –

The booking systems will remain in place, and with the additional tables it will be easier to get advanced bookings. Social distancing and face coverings will no longer be mandatory, please continue to be respectful of others' choices and help keep each other safe.  

Advanced booking will remain in place for entertainment venues, restaurants, swim sessions and activities. They will also allow extra bookings to be made on the day at the Booking Hubs and Activity Booking points (subject to availability)

Face coverings for team, guests and owners will be optional.  Sanitiser stations will still be around and they will continue to regularly clean touch points. Please still continue to look after yourself, be respectful of others and kind to the team

The indoor seated capacity will increase for the entertainment venues and restaurants making it easier to get advanced bookings

Tables for up to 6 can be booked in advance.  Larger parties are welcome to book on the day or queue for a table


The swimming pools will have increased capacity and will be open longer than before. Swim sessions will remain to help keep everything clean and safe, and to help maintain the water quality. Swim sessions will remain, with up to 10 sessions bookable online. And the sessions will still be released every Tuesday for the upcoming Friday to Thursday.

Additional swim sessions can be booked at the Activity Hub subject to availability. The changing rooms will be open, arrive swim ready to make the most of your time in the pool.


The dining tables capacity increases and will be taking bookings up to 14 days in advance for tables for 6 people or less. If you require a table of more than 6, please book with your park team. They will also take bookings on the day at the booking station. Outdoor dining will continue to be first come, first served.

Entertainment venues

The entertainment venues seated capacity increases and the timed sessions for both daytime and evening entertainment will remain. Table bookings can be made 14 days in advance online at for tables for up to 6 people. If you require a table of more than 6, please book with your park team. They will also take bookings on the day at the booking station, subject to availability.

Please continue to be considerate when booking your tables in their entertainment venues and only book what you need. If you are unable to make it, please cancel the table using the link in the booking confirmation email.  

Haven Serve will continue, allowing you to order your drinks and snacks with ease. Or you can queue at the bar for traditional service.

NHS Test and trace

NHS Test and trace will be voluntary and will no longer be a mandatory requirement. They will continue to have the venue QR codes on display for those who wish to scan in.

Contactless Arrival Process

Haven have introduced a contactless arrival process so they can manage all arrivals of owners and guests (including private letting guests) safely. To ensure this is a smooth process, we will be asked to complete an online form to let Haven know our guests are arriving.

Pre-registering our guests

By pre-registering, this will allow our guests to arrive on park and get to our holiday home quickly.

The information we’ll need to provide is the details of our guests, and arrival and departure times and our caravan location.  We have to ensure we have registered your details at least 48 hours before arrival.

Please note: All Haven guests are being asked to supply the same information above and will only be used in conjunction with Haven’s new arrival process and to ensure we are safe and compliant.

Arrival process

Haven have asked all our holiday guests and owners to please not travel if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any of the Coronavirus symptoms.  Please be aware that if you are showing any signs of Coronavirus that Haven have the right to refuse you entry to the park.

Haven have developed a quicker new arrival process for all holiday guests so we can maintain social distancing guidelines.

When we have pre-registered our guests Haven will provide you with relevant information about how to arrive safely to Littlesea Holiday park.

Upon arrival you will be met by one of the team, your booking details checked. As the check-in process has changed to a contactless system Haven will no longer be handling the keys instead we have a key safe installed at the caravan.  We will provide you with the code for the key box before your arrival on park.

Because of the extra amount of cleaning of all areas inside the caravan a few changes have had to be made which includes check in at 4.30 pm on day of arrival (instead of 2pm) and check out at 9.30 am on day of departure (instead of 10 am). 

We have also removed all non essential items, such as Xbox (not 360) dvds, cds,  board games, and books, which I know our guest have loved previously and hopefully these will be available again in the future.

You will still find plenty to do in and around Weymouth with long sandy beach, shops, harbour, great coastal walks, nature reserves and many of the tourist attractions and museums in and around the area as and when they re-open after lockdown. 

You can still enjoy a wonderful self catering holiday with the family but don’t forget to bring your own buckets and spades, balls, kites and frisbies for the kids and any books or games they might want to bring.   You are welcome to bring your own dvds and cds too for use in our dvd player which is built into the TV.

There is a regular bus service throughout the season so you won’t need to use the car if you don't want to.  Masks may still need to be worn on public transport and you will need to check prices and times.  So your holiday can be as fun packed or relaxing as you want to make it.

If you do use your car to get to the beach be aware that car parks are chargeable in Weymouth.

We provide Duvets and pillows but you must bring your own sheets, duvet and pillowcase covers, towels etc.

Rental Booking Terms & Conditions

Please Note:   Our prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. There is an additional  supplement charged per person for any additional persons between 6 and 8 people.   

A £60.00 damage deposit fee is payable on all bookings but is refundable after your stay subject to terms and conditions*.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer but sorry no credit card facilities.  We take a £60.00 (non refundable) deposit and the damage deposit fee of £60.00 to secure the booking and the balance is then due 8 weeks prior to your stay unless the booking is within the 8 week period in which case payment in full including the damage deposit fee is due upon booking the caravan.

* Refund of damage deposit fee is given provided there is no damage or missing items within the caravan or surrounding area.

Littlesea Holiday Park is a 5-Star award winning caravan park near Weymouth that is unbeatable for both space and pace.
