Luxury 3 bedroom caravan with decking balcony and sea view up on Woodlands.  With outside table and chairs so you can sit out and enjoy the view whilst enjoying a cool drink.

Caravan is fully central heated and double glazed throughout.  Extremely comfortable lounge area and separate dining area.  32inch flat screen TV plus DVD player and all free view channels.  Xbox gaming machine with xbox games mostly suitable for Adults and older Teenagers.  We also have board games, dvds, cds, and books for different age groups and some toys and puzzles suitable for very young children.  Lounge comes with a double pull out bed to make a 4th bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge, gas cooker, gas hob, kettle, toaster and hoover.

Comfortable double bedroom with overhead cupboard space, wardrobe, dressing table shelf and stool and bedside shelves with bedside lighting as well as main overhead light.

2 x twin bedroom with single wardrobes and under bed drawers and extra overhead cupboards.  We also have 2 cot guard sides that can be used with the single beds.

Littlesea is a 5 star family holiday park with lots of amenities to keep the children happy and the Adults entertained.  With indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, all weather sports pitch, Many extra activities available, amusement area, Starbucks, mini supermarket, Mash and Barrel restaurant, Papa Johns pizza and fish and chips and so much more including wi fi in some ares of the park, you could stay on park the whole time if you wanted to.  Although you would miss out on all the wonderful Weymouth beaches, shops, harbour and many events that go on throughout the year in Weymouth plus so many tourist attractions in and around the area. 

With a regular bus service throughout the season you won't even need to use the car if you don't want to and your holiday can be as fun packed or relaxing as you want to make it.

We provide Duvets and pillows but you must bring your own sheets, duvet and pillowcase covers, towels etc.

Arrival times are 2.00pm and departure times are 10.00am.

Our prices are based on up to 6 people sharing.  There is an additional charge of £25.00 per person for any additional persons between 6 and 8 people.  So for a party of 6 the price listed is as quoted.  For 7 people add an extra £25.00 for 8 people add an extra £50.00 to the price listed.

A £60.00 damage deposit fee is payable on all bookings but is refundable after your stay subject to terms and conditions*.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer but sorry no credit card facilities.  We take a £60.00 (non refundable) deposit and the damage deposit fee of £60.00 to secure the booking and the balance is then due 8 weeks prior to your stay unless the booking is within the 8 week period in which case payment in full including the damage deposit fee is due upon booking the caravan.

* Refund of damage deposit fee is given provided there is no damage or missing items within the caravan or surrounding area.
