Privately owned, maintained and serviced luxury 2 bedroom holiday caravan with double glazing and full central heating.
Sleeps 6.
Spacious Lounge/Dining area with flat screen TV and DVD player. Fully equipped fitted kitchen with full-sized fridge freezer. The main bathroom has toilet, wash basin and large walk-in shower. Master bedroom has a dressing table, lots of wardrobe space, en-suite with toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has twin beds. Cot available. Large sun deck with table, parasol and chairs. Gas and electric included in the price. Arrival after 4 pm departure before 10 am Parking is next to the caravan.

No Cost for site/club passes. The facilities of the sister site, Trelawne Manor, are also available. They include an outdoor pool with a flume.
25% non-refundable deposit on booking, balance to be paid in full one month before the holiday. Monthly payments accepted. Full payment on late bookings

Nestled away down a country lane with stunning countryside views is Killigarth Manor Holiday Park.
Holidaymakers return here year after year. A public footpath from the park leads down to Talland Bay, a magical cove with great rock pools for the kids to investigate and a beach cafe with Cornish cream teas you’ll never forget. On park there’s something to keep everyone happy from adventure playground, soft play room, crazy golf and Foxy Club for the children to a tennis court, gym and sauna for Mum and Dad plus everyone can enjoy splashing around in the indoor pool with separate toddler pool.
Just a mile and a half from the park you’ll find the fishing village of Polperro with its narrow, winding streets and cottages perched on steep slopes overlooking a tiny harbour.
