A lovely family owned caravan.  Benefits from 3 bedrooms, one double bed room and two rooms containing two single beds and an additional pull out double bed in the living room. 

large lounge/ dining area, large kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, chip actifry, gas cooker, sandwich toaster and washing machine.

There is a gas fire in the living room, a towel rail heater in the bathroom and electric heaters in the bedrooms. 

bathroom is a nice size containing shower and toilet.  Caravan also benefits from an additional toilet room.

The caravan has internet, password will be provided at start of holiday.

There is a 35 ft verander with seating area. 

X2 parking passes for the caravan park car park.  please note if these are lost/stolen there will be a charge to replace these which is currently £150.00 (please feel free to check this with Fantasy Island) so please ensure these are kept in good condition and kept placed in vehicles and parking passes that are not used are to be stored safely and returned to that place before vacating. 

No smoking inside the caravan.  Please ensure the caravan is kept clean and is cleaned before vacated. 

Due to COVID I am asking all my guests to bring there full bedding with them I.e. duvets as well as covers and sheets.

The caravan is situated on a great site very close to fantasy island and the beach. 

£100 non refunable Deposit required and full payment to be made 6 weeks before start of holiday.

Any cancellaions made after full amount is paid payments will NOT be refunded. an additional £50.00 bond is required and will be returned at the end of your stay. 

Sunnymede Ingoldmells Caravan Park is next to both Fantasy Island and Eastgate market. The East Coast's finest Blue Flag beaches are only a 5 minute walk away, with Skegness beach only a short drive away.

If you are a fearless roller coaster rider take a trip on the Millennium Roller Coaster at Fantasy Island, the longest looping coaster in Europe; or Jubilee Odyssey the world's longest suspended roller coaster with the steepest drop in Europe. There's an amazing array of theme park rides, thrills and experiences just waiting to be discovered as well as spectacular shows for kids. Take a break from the rides and wander around the vast market at Ingoldmells, the largest market in Europe that is open seven days a week.

Also located in Ingoldmells is the fabulous re-developed Butlins with its majestic dome of the Skyline Pavilion.  It is a fantastic day out for the family. Butlins offers all weather multi-sports courts, the Fun Splash, the Odeon Cinema, a fantastic array of foods, and more.

If you fancy a quieter day out then Hardy's Animal Farm is a firm favourite, you will find little furry friends, birds and farm creatures as well as an adventure play park for kids.
