Freshwater Beach, Bridport, Dorset

We have just aquired this static for this year along with our other rental (F22)

This static was brand new last season. We have for hire on Freshwater Beach Holiday Park our Abi Summer Breeze Delux holiday home, which is in a great spot, literally 25 yards to your own private beach beach.

This property is pet friendly as we have realised the popularity of this site with dog lovers and also the majority of enquiries are from dog owners. Being a dog owner ourselves, we know the difficulties when trying to book somewhere. The Garden is now fenced all round so your dog will be free to run about without running off.  We would like to stipulate that only small to medium breeds of dog, and you disclose the breed when booking.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 6 berth static holiday home that’s almost brand new and well equipped. 

It has central heating in all the rooms, which is controlled by a thermostat. There is a lovely glowing fire with LED lighting in the sitting room too, where you will also find a smartTV with Freesat HD with numerous channels for your enjoyment, along with a DVD player with a selection of films or should you wish to bring along a few films yourselves.

For the kids ( and aldults) we have also included an XBox 360games consul with a selection of games for all ages.

The kitchen consists of everything you need if you enjoy the self-catering side. There is an oven and grill with extractor, a combination microwave, kettle, Toaster, fridge/freezer, along with plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery for 6 people, together with some plastic plates etc for the young kids.  There’s also a saucepan set, frying pans, oven tins and Pyrex dish provided, together with a nice table and chairs to eat from. In the cupboard there is a vacuum and other cleaning materials.

The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside lamps and a wardrobe with plenty of space. 

The main bedroom has a double bed, 3 spacious wardrobes and drawers, plus a dressing table with mirror. Also we have included a TV and DVD player together with all the freeview HD channels should you fancy watching a bit of TV in bed, or puttting the kids in with a film.

Quality duvets and pillows are provided, along with protectors on all of the beds for hygiene purposes. Linen in not provided so it will have to be brought with you. Alternatively, we can supply linen and covers if you give plenty of notice, for which a charge will be made of £25.( This is to cover the cleaning and pressing costs that we get charged)

The main bathroom consists of a lovely shower cubicle with power shower, a sink, toilet, cupboard, mirror and extractor fan. 

There is a parking space for one car at the caravan, but two parking passes will be included. The other car can be parked 2 minutes away. 

There is a patio area plus patio table and chairs together with a new large family BBQ.

All gas and electric is included in your rental price.

6 entertainment passes which will also give you free access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and entry to the Jurassic centre and bars for all your other entertainment.

Please note however, that these passes must be returned on departure as Freshwater will charge £10 for each replacement.

Free Wi-Fi is available, but there is a daily data limit of 500 mb per item which resets at midnight each day.

We will do all cleans and checks ourselves after each departure, so that we are always aware of the cleanliness and the condition of the holiday home. Once the caravan has been checked, and there is no damage, breakages or stains etc, your security deposit will be returned to you.

Short breaks may be available at certain times upon request, but not in school holidays or peak season. Short breaks may be considered in these times if the dates are free a few days before. 

A high chair and travel cot can be available upon request, ( but please give us some notice.)

PLEASE NOTE = This Is A Non Smoking Caravan. If it is found that you have been smoking in the caravan then you will lose your deposit. It is not fair on us having to get rid of the smell nor is it fair on the next occupiers. Also please remember that if you have muddy boots or wet sandy footware, it would be nice if you could take them off before dirtying up and staining the carpets and floors of the caravan. Once again, this will be checked upon departure.

LOCATION AND SITE

The long and gorgeous beach is private to Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, so no dashing down to find a spot - anyone who knows their fishing will know the popularity of Burton Bradstock and Abbotsbury beaches and the demand to try and find a spot. With Freshwater there are no worries as the beach is private and you can just about fish wherever you want. You can walk out of our caravan and be set up fishing in about 30 to 40 yards in front.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park itself has 2 outdoor heated pools; a small one for children and a large one for adults. Inside the Jurassic centre there’s another couple of children's pools, together with fun slides and water features, along with a large indoor adults’ pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room around the pool. On the same floor there is a hair salon, amusements and pool tables. Upstairs there is a bar/restaurant (with takeaway service) and also a 10 pin bowling alley. 

Also on site is also a huge entertainment bar where there is usually something happening during the day and then entertainment at night. There are also 2 other bars in here, one for adults only. With a host of magicians, comedians, tribute acts and cabaret, I'm sure there's something for everyone.

Outside are the award-winning toilet and shower blocks. You will be amazed at the quality and cleanliness of these. Next there is the supermarket, which has practically anything you will need for your stay, especially if you don't venture outside of the holiday park.

Next door to the holiday park is Bridport Golf Club which is available to non members,  and a bit further along is the market town of Bridport, which hosts its famous street markets on certain days.

The resorts of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Weymouth are a short drive away, or you can even take the bus which stops right outside the Site.

A deposit of £100 will be required to reserve your dates.

The balance should be paid within a few weeks of your holiday

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
