Haven criteria update as from 2016 all platinum caravans must have at least a 40 inch tv & dvd player in the lounge & also must have a blue tooth speaker in lounge too so if they do not they are only a lesser grade of prestige grade not a top of the range platinum grade like ours is so please be aware of this when others claim to be a higher grade than what they actually are please.

We have a brand new 2018 swift Antibes 8 berth 3 bedroomed caravan at havens presthaven beach resort site in prestatyn north wales.

I have put a photo up with the caravan on its pitch with the decking so people can see what it looks like with stunning views of the beautiful welsh countryside.

The caravan is sited on its pitch bryn view with the decking done as you can see by the photos & has gated access too.

THIS IS TOP OF THE RANGE PLATINUM GRADE WITH STUNNING LUXURY FIXTURES & FITTINGS AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A PLATINUM TOP OF THE RANGE MODEL !

we have gone steps further than platinum with having a full size 7kg & 1400 spin washing machine & sky q tv with sports, movies & kids channels too.

we put a large free standing fan in the lounge for our guests to keep cool in the very hot weather

it has a rattan furniture set on the decking area too.

we have a tv/dvd player in all 3 bedrooms to keep everyone happy.

it has a large 16 ft x 8 ft decking to the front & 4 ft wide down the side of the caravan with gated access too & has a patio table & chairs on for you to sit & enjoy the amazing views there is from this lovely plot.

it is 3 bedroomed with 1 double with en suite & 2 x twin beds.

It has central heating & is double glazed  too.

it has a 43 inch tv with built in dvd in lounge.

we have installed a sky q box with all the channels on like sports/movies/kids all for you to watch free of charge during your stay with us free of charge.

we have a bluetooth speaker including docking station for i pad/i phone in the caravan.

we have an iron & ironing board in caravan.

we have a hairdryer in the main double bedroom.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED AT ALL INSIDE THE CARAVAN AS CHECKS WILL BE MADE AS IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE DOING THIS YOUR HOLIDAY WILL BE TERMINATED INSTANTLY & YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OFF PARK BY HAVENS SECURITY STAFF & ALL MONIES PAID WILL BE LOST INCLUDING YOUR SECURITY BOND !

It has a full size fridge freezer with wine rack.

we have a travel cot in our caravan for you to use free of charge if you require one please bring your own bedding for travel cot.

we also have a high chair for you you to use free of charge if you so wish

we provide all your bedding so your beds are already made up for you upon your arrival with our brand new bedding for this season

we also have a selection of family board games for you to use in our caravan

we DO NOT allow any pets at all ! so please dont ask as anybody found with a pet there during there stay will have there holiday terminated immediately & no monies will be refunded at all & will be escorted off site by havens security at once! you will have to sign a form when your booking with us to agree to this.

it is on a lovely part of the park on bryn view on front row with amazing unspoilt views of the lovely welsh countryside.

it is south facing so you get the sun all day from morning till night.

we DO NOT do breaks starting on a saturday for obvious reasons

our breaks start on a monday or friday only.

If you require a 7 or 10 or longer night breaks please get in touch & we will gladly send you a quote.

our caravan is professionally cleaned after every break.

you can get into the caravan from 2 pm on the day of your arrival

you must vacate by 10.00 am on the day of your departure failure to do so will result in the full loss of your security bond !

we do an interest free payment plan for you to help you with the holiday cost were you can pay as little or as much as you want each month so long as its all paid for 6 weeks prior to your start date.

• we take a £100 security bond with every booking which is fully refunded to you so long as you do not cancel your break or fail to pay 6 weeks prior to your start date & nothing is missing or broken or damaged & left in the clean condition you found it in when you arrived once the caravan is checked by havens staff & their word is final & is refunded 14 days after your departure date if all was okay with the caravan
• your booking deposit is non refundable if you cancel or fail to pay in time so please be aware of this when you book.
• If you do not pay your holiday balance in full by no later than the 6 weeks prior to your start date you holiday will be cancelled automatically & you will lose your £100 deposit so please do make sure you pay the balance by the 6 week mark
• we do 3, 4, 7 night stays or longer if you wish

• we can accept payment by cash , cheque or by bank transfer 
• the £100 security bond that we take with every booking is to secure the date & the total holiday cost must be paid for in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date
• all holidays booked less than 6 weeks prior to your start date must be paid for in full at time of booking
• our holiday prices do not include havens passes you buy them direct from haven upon your arrival we can let you know how much they will charge you
• we do provide a travel cot in our caravan if you require one
• only families & couples are allowed on park as haven operate a no same sex group holiday policy
• you must vacate the caravan by 10.00 am on the day of your departure to allow our cleaner in to get it ready for our next booking failure to comply with this time will result in the full loss of your security bond ( £100 ) so please be warned !
• you must leave the caravan in same clean condition it was when you arrived failure to do this will result in loss of your bond
• your arrival time is 2 pm
• we DO NOT  allow  any pets of any description to stay in our stunning platinum grade caravan if you are found to have a pet in the caravan your holiday will be terminated instantly & you will lose all your monies you have paid & nothing will be refunded back to you including your bond & havens security staff will escort you off site instantly as checks can & will be made without notice to ensure this.
• We DO NOT allow smoking inside the caravan if you are caught doing this your holiday will be terminated immediately & you will lose all monies paid so be warned & checks can & will be made without notice to ensure this
• No barbecues are allowed on the decking area or around the caravan
• No candles are allowed on the decking area or inside the caravan
