Welcome to my caravan at Hoburne Blue Anchor.2017.This will be my last year It is a family friendly van,with 32" TV lots of DVD,jigsaws, books for all ages & includes a lockable gate on the deckingOn site there is an excellant indoor pool & crazy golf plus an adventure play area .Very good views of the Wales coastline from the front decking,which has a table & chairs & bench for relaxing.Blue Anchor is ideally situated for walking with Exmoor on the door step.The West Somerset Steam Railway runs along the back of the site. A train spotters delight!! Watchet Dunster Lynton Lynmouth & Minehead are all within easy reach.The sky at night is ideal for star gazing.Beautiful sunsets over the Bristol Chann

The National Trust houses are here in abundiance   Dunster Castle with water tower opening 2016.Tyntesfield at Wraxhall near Bristol to name two.Dr Who, Sherlock  Holmes  & Doctor Thorne various  scenes were filmed here.The best area to find the Dormouse!!Fossill hunting is great for that unusual day out at Kilve,4 miles from Blue Anchor.

A welcome pack of tea coffee milk sugar & local newspaper will be waiting on your arrival.

Beds will be made up prior to your arrival.

Weston Super Mare has become the main visitor ' must see ' area .Its along the coast WIFI is available throught out the whole site.

Travel cots & high chairs can also be hired from reception.

There is a launderette on site ,tokens required.Use of the iron & board is free.

Take a deep breath of pure, clean air, and look across the shimmering ocean... can you spot the Welsh coastline? This is Hoburne Blue Anchor, nestled in the heart of a beautiful bay, and probably one of Somerset’s top holiday parks.

With modern, comfortable static caravans, plus touring pitches – the sea one side, and rolling green landscape of Exmoor on the other make it the perfect caravan park for all types of family holidays.

In Somerset there’s so much to see and do: visit the West Somerset Steam Railway which runs alongside the Park, marvel at Dunster Castle – or sample the local parks, farms and falconry of nearby Minehead.

As for the Park itself, you’ll love the tranquillity of no clubhouse, no bar – just pure, traditional family fun; play a round of crazy golf, go fishing off the sea wall, splash around in our indoor pool, or watch the kids monkey about in the adventure playground. The real world will seem miles away...
