Welcome to our beautiful Central heated 2 bedroom 6 Berth Caravan, Includes 1 Double Bedroom with Vanity area with Mirror, 1 Twin Room and pull out Sofa Bed in living area, 1 Bathroom with shower.
Duvets and pillows are provided, Bed linen, Towels and Tea Towels are not guests will need to bring their own!
Dog Friendly for well behaved dogs, Please bring your own Throws if dogs go on Sofas!
Enclosed Outside Decking area with furniture with a beautiful partial mountain view!

THIS IS A SELF CLEAN /CATERING HOLIDAY. WE WILL INSPECT THE CARAVAN AFTER YOUR USE. PLEASE LEAVE THE CARAVAN IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION (INCLUDING POTS, PANS AND COOKER) READY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS. IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE VAN CLEAN OR CAUSE ANY DAMAGE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU

All bookings are held after a deposit of £100 is paid
There is a refundable £75 Damage waver, Deposit Secures your booking and is refundable shortly after your checkout. If the caravan is not left in a clean tidy condition (as you found it) You will forfeit your deposit to pay for a deep clean or any damages that have occured!
Full payments must be made 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
If you need to cancel and you give more than 4 weeks notice then a refund of the full amount paid less your deposit will be refunded. Should you give less than 4 weeks notice you will receive no refund of payments unless a dated medical certificate or viable reason is given and is agreed with ourselves.
Lyons Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.
Lyons Sunnysands offers an action-packed, family-friendly experience with stunning views of Benar and Abermaw beaches and the Snowdonia Mountains.
