Oakdene Forest Park, St.Leonards, Dorset (Ref.111966)

Our pet friendly holiday caravan/lodge to let on Oakdene Forest Park in St Leonards, Dorset, is an ABI Beaumont 2017, set in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet is only a short walk to the Clubhouse.

Located in Poppy, amongst other owner caravans, our caravan on Oakdene Forest Park, is a 42’ x 14’ model, and is classed as a lodge.

There is parking at the front of the caravan for two medium sized cars.

The veranda wraps around the caravan with steps from the parking area and has gates at both ends.  There is a patio and a grass area which is very private.  There is a table with four chairs along with a parasol.  There is a conversation set on the veranda comprising a two-seater and two seats all with cushions and a coffee table.  Too keep the sun off there is a free-standing parasol.

Within the Beaumont there are 2 bedrooms; a king size bedroom with a separate wardrobe area leading into an en-suite toilet, with a bath and shower over. and a twin bedded room with ample room between the full size single beds.  In addition to the en-suite, there’s a family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

The caravan is fully double glazed and central heating with radiators in every room and the bathrooms.  An electric fire is in the lounge along with radiators.

There is a 50” Smart TV in the lounge and a 26" TV in the main bedroom. There are working USB ports in the lounge and twin bedroom.

In the kitchen you will find a microwave, gas oven/hob and a full size fridge/freezer, plus a washing machine and a dishwasher (please bring your own detergent).  You will also find all required crockery, pans and cutlery, plus washing up liquid, a scourer, dishcloth, oven gloves and tea towels. A clothes airer is provided too.

The lounge area is carpeted and leads out onto the veranda via the French doors.  There is a two seater leather sofa and two electric leather recliner chairs.  A sound system is installed with two speakers in the lounge ceiling.  You can connect to the sound system from your devices.

All beds have waterproof covers, then mattress protectors on top.  The 8 pillows have protectors.  If you bring your own bedding please allow for King size on the main bedroom and the twin room are two single beds.

We are happy to supply bedding and have the beds made up for your arrival for a small cost of £20.

Stag & Hen parties are NOT allowed.

Oakdene Forest Park does not allow noise from the caravans after 10pm, which allows everyone to enjoy their time on their verandas/patios.

Oakdene Forest Park is orientated towards families and couples and does not tolerate any bad behaviour.

We have only priced for weekly stays, but can accommodate for up to 3 weeks.  There may also be times out of season when we are able to accommodate short stays – please ask.
