Please note that Entertainment Passes are not included but can be booked directly with Haven if desired.

To secure your dates a £50 deposit is required Non-refundable . A £100 security bond is required, this security deposit  will be refunded at the end of your holiday within 14days, provided there is no loss or damage to the caravan.

A £50.00 deposit to Secure your dates ,payment plans are possible ,you must ensure the balance is paid 6 weeks before your holiday dates . the total price includes a refundable security  bond of £100.00.

We require names and ages of all guests. a contact phone number,  email address and car reg number also type and age of dog/dogs 2 max 

non payment before 6 week cut off will give us th right to re-sell your dates and to hold any monies paid.

we do Not allow groups of any description stag/hen etc. There's no smoking of vaporisers, e-cigarettes and tobacco in our caravan

If you have booked through a third party of Haven, then please check with your agent which package you have booked as this varies by partner. If you do not book directly with Haven, but through one of our owners then you will be classed as a Haven Hideaway package guest and you will only be able to access the supermarket, takeaways, arcade, bars and restaurants. However, these guests will have the opportunity to purchase a Play Pass prior to their arrival, for anyone registered, to access the same facilities (swimming pools, entertainment venues, leisure facilities and activities) as a Haven package guest. This is only available to these guests and is subject to availability. Please do not purchase a Haven holiday other than through an agent or one of our owners, as we cannot guarantee that holidays purchased through any other third party will be verified and go ahead.

3. solo travellers (if we feel the reason for your stay isn't in line with our family focused values); or

4. anyone else who we think might spoil things for other guests.

5. anyone who is violent, verbally abusive or aggressive to our teams either before or during the holiday.

We don't knowingly allow any guest or owner to use or visit our parks who: (i) has an entry on a criminal register (including the sex offenders' register); (ii) has any record of any order indicating antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, public disorder, or criminal damage or any other form of antisocial behaviour; (iii) is a convicted sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; or (iv) is subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice. If this information becomes known to us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking or terminate your holiday and require that you, and the other members of your party, leave the park, without refund..

only people named on your booking can occupy your accommodation and, if booking a Haven package, use our facilities. If anyone not on your booking is found to be occupying your accommodation, we will cancel your booking and all guests on your booking will be asked to leave the park immediately and without refund.

The total number of people coming with you (including children and babies) mustn't be more than the capacity of your caravan holiday home.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on  park and the lead guest is responsible for the behaviour of your party’s dog. If you have a dog that's behaving badly or affecting the comfort of other guests, we will ask you to take them away. Should we have concerns about the safety of others, or that your dog may not be under control, we will ask you and your party to leave the park (without refund).

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
