£100 deposit secures your booking
Bedding can be supplied and beds made up on arrival for an addittional £30
Balance to be paid 1 calendar month prior to holiday (or before) payment details will be forwarded to you
The deposit is non-refundable and will cover any costs or losses incurred as a result of any cancellation.
If you decide to cancel your holiday you MUST email email@example.com in the first instance. You MUST return all documents and give written notice to terminate the holiday contract. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to holiday will result in the loss of initial deposit. Cancellations made between 60 days and 14 days prior to the stay will result in loss of 50% of the cost of the holiday. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the stay will result in 100% of the cost of the holiday being forfeited.
When making your booking, please ensure you provide your name and full contact details. If making the payment via Paypal, you can enter this information in the comments section prior to completing the transaction. If paying by cheque, please provide your details on the reverse (or a separate page).
The company reserves this right to terminate immediately the stay of anyone who, in their opinion, causes a nuisance or fails to comply with any of the park Conditions or Regulations or any Notice that may be displayed on the Park or Notice board. No refund on the holiday will be given.
