COVID-19 UPDATE

Please be aware that the site is currently closed until 2nd July to guests and owners. Currently I am still going to take bookings after this date. Please be advised that if you make a booking then a £50 deposit is still required. Haven have stated that the full use of facilities will not be open to the public until they have confirmation from the government that it is safe to do so. If you just need to get away for a week and enjoy peacful walks on the beach and the gorgeous country walks then why not book :)

Our lovely caravan has been well looked after and maintained. It has double glazing and central heating, 3 bedrooms with 2 of those being a twin and 1 double. There is also a pull out sofabed in the lounge making it an 8 berth caravan. It has a large wrap around decking which is perfect for those warm summer evenings. It is located on waterside in a quiet cul-de-sac which is approximatley a 10 mintue walk to the complex.

Please note that bed linen and towels are NOT included, please bring your own or you can hire them from thorpe park - this is something you would have to arrange with reception upon arrival.

**** STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CARAVAN OR ON THE DECKING AREA ****

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking - it will only be refunded if it is due to covid-19 and another date can't be allocated.

The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival, if you wish to pay little and often then that is fine.

A further £50 breakages deposit must also be paid on top of the cost of the stay. This will only be refunded once the caravan has been checked thoroughly and that it is found to be in a clean and tidy manner. Any breakages found or if the caravan has been left unclean and messy please note that your £50 will NOT be refunded.

Please notify me ASAP if you damage anything, if it is something you can repolace whilst you are staying then please feel free as it may be cheaper then losing your deposit. (Sorry i have had to write this but due to past experience i need to make it quite clear that breakages MUST be paid for).

I aim to meet all guests at the caravn at an agreed time to hand over the keys, if it is not possible for me to meet you then you would be required to collect the keys from reception.
