Situated close to all amenities and offering views of the lagoon, Chesil beach and the children's park, our caravan is within an easy walk of the main entertainment area and swimming pools. 

Central heated and double glazed with full insulation for comfort. 

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. 

The caravan comprises: 

Kitchen 
 In the kitchen you will find all cooking utensils, plates etc., as well as a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cooker and microwave. 

Lounge & Dining Area 
 The lounge has comfortable seating, a TV with DVD player and an in-built sound system. There is also a dining table with fixed seating.

Bedrooms 
 The caravan has one double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and one twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and drawers. 
Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen (duvet covers, pillows cases and sheets) is not included. Please bring your own plus towels and tea towels etc. 

Family shower room 
 Large shower with folding doors, WC and wash basin. 

Outside 
 We have a side decking with lockable gate and patio area with parking.

A text, E-Mail or phone call secures your booking with a non-refundable deposit of £50. Balance due six weeks before holiday. Plus refundable security £75 leave as you found deposit.

We meet all guest with key on arrival. 

The caravan is looked after and cleaned by ourselves. 

Passes not included, but can be got up at Haven reception.
