This is a lovely and very spacious caravan situated on a very well known site in Towyn. It has 3 bedrooms. 1 double, 1 twin and a single with a bunk bed over it. Complete with everything you need for a great caravan holiday!! Essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, loo roll, kitchen roll, fairy, hand soap, dishclothes, t-towels, salt, pepper, vinegar, binbags and loads of cleaning products are all included!! (Sometimes these run out before I am able to check so I apologise in advance if you get caught out) Each bedroom has an electric heater for extra warmth. TV with freeview and dvd player. A great selection of dvds for both kids and adults are in the caravan too. I have also added a PS2 plus loads of games!!. Decking areas to both doors with larger area to back door with seating area for smokers or having a sit out on those warm summer nights!! A new gate barrier has been fitted on golden gate entrance so guests must provide all guests car reg numbers or no entry.

Close to all amenities on this great holiday park and just a couple of minutes from the beach!! NO CLUB PASSES NEEDED SO GREAT FOR FAMILIES!! Everybody also welcome at sister site next door where JAKES is situated for even more fun activities! SWIMMING POOL is excellent but booking on the day of your arrival is essential! We have a long season here from 1st March until 8th January so perfect for that well needed break anytime of year. £75 refundable bond also please. ALL BREAKAGES MUST BE PAID FOR!! Please leave my caravan clean and tidy as you should have found it otherwise your £75 bond maybe affected due to extra cleaning costs! I reserve the right to deduct from it if its reported to be left in poor condition or with any damage. 
Remaining balance payable at least 4 weeks prior to departure.

Refunds: 100 pound of your holiday payment is a NON refundable deposit. The remainder of your holiday payment may be refunded under exceptional circumstances at the owners discretion. However refunds will NOT be given when holiday date is less than 31 days away from asking due to admin.Paypal payments will incur a 5% charge due to myself being charged. If you are taking a dog then please specify breed and how many as site rules only permit certain breeds on site and you may be sent home by management on arrival if not declared.
