Privately owned beautiful caravan with a stunning seaview from an elevated position.

The caravan consists of

*living/dining area wity a large 6 seater corner settee

32"tv and use of unlimited wifi hotspot and rocku stick and dvd player

Table and bench seats and 2 stools

Electric fire

Pull out double size sofa bed

* kitchen has freestanding fridge with freezer box and a microwave , toaster, kettle etc

* Main bathroom with shower toilet and wash basin

* Main double bedroom, double bed , wardrobes and drawers and ensuite toilet and wash basin 

* other bedroom with 2 x single beds and wardrobe

Both bedrooms have electric fan heating built in the walls

Bathroom electric radiator

Outside has a picnic bench and parking space

Passes are purchased separately on arrival thro Havens reception 

Strictly no smoking on the caravan

Dogs allowed we ask they stay off furniture and beds

Shorter breaks considered on request

£100 deposit/bond is paid at booking and this is returned upon departure after caravan is checked ok

Full payment is paid 6 weeks before holiday starts

Hire is for families not same sex adult groups
