Hello! My name is Pemberton, Pemberton Abingdon!
I am a 2 bedroomed holiday caravan, with a comfy sofa bed to take my guest numbers up to 6 people.
I sit proudly on my pitch, in a lovely sun trap, a short level walk to the dog friendly beach, beach cafe and nature trails, and a short walk up to the main leisure areas, at the brilliant child friendly and dog friendly Rockley Park Leisure Park, near to Poole, Dorset, BH15 4LZ.
I am equipped with double glazing, central heating, new combi boiler, 3 piece lounge suite, a Samsung 40" curved TV with blu-ray DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, new artwork throughout, remote control TV's with Freeview/DVD in both bedrooms, a large walk-in closet in the main bedroom, the second bedroom has twin beds or a double bed (if you move the bedside cabinet and push the beds together), and a family bathroom with shower.
My lounge has a comfy 3 piece suite with double sofa bed, one of those fancy remote controlled fires, that has an imitation flame but can blow out hot air too-very popular with my four legged guests.
I also have a good selection of books, puzzles, indooor games and mixed ages DVD's, a Nintendo Wii + games, a hidden personal safe and free 4G wifi, for a maximum of 5 devices per week.
For my younger visitors I have a high chair and Mothercare travel cot with a spare travel mattress.
My kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, well stocked with cutlery/crockery/glassware and quality appliances, including a proper coffee espresso/cappucino machine and Brita water filter kettle.
Tea, coffee and sugar is supplied, along with a pint of fresh milk to get you started.
Outside I have a front deck with comfy lounge furniture and to the side there is a barbecue and a pub picnic bench with parasol, a small lawn and somewhere to park.
Did I mention that I'm dog friendly and child friendly and don't have an issue with smokers, as long as they can smoke outside and use my terracotta ashtray for the stubs?
My owner annually gives 2-3 separate weeks away in a Charity Auction for FOYCS, a charity focussing on rewarding children, who act as carers looking after their mentally and/or physically handicapped parents and then have to tackle their own school life and personal life as well.
My owner had never been on a static caravan holiday and bought me as a second home, a place to escape to, from the melee that is London and as such, initially refurbished me with all the creature comforts to use himself but was told that he could let me out to seasoned holiday makers.
I'm not the Ritz Hotel, I know I'm just a rectangular box amongst hundreds of other rectangular units but I've been taken of, inside and out and was rewarded in 2016 with a "Platinum Retreat" grading.
For 2019, I am getting a bigger and better BBQ and new crockery and kitchenware
