This comfortable 3 bedroom caravan is sited on Happy Days in Chapel St Leonards. Now with Full Length veranda and FREE WIFI

Being 12 feet wide the Lounge lounge is spacious with plenty of seating and a dining table.  There is a flat screen TV with Free view and DVD player we also have some DVD’s for you to use.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and gas cooker. All pots, pans, kitchen utensils and crockery are provided for up to 8 people.

The main bedroom has a double bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds. The sofa in the lounge pulls out as a double bed. Quilts and pillows are provided, all you will need to bring is your own bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels etc.)

We meet and greet all of our guests on arrival and at departure.

£75 bond required for any booking and will be refunded when the caravan has been checked for any breakages or damages and the caravan is left clean and tidy on your departure, remember this is a self catering holiday.

Full payment to be made 4 weeks before the date of your holiday

No smoking or vaping in the caravan, smoking is permitted outside, but away from all open doors and windows

Its just a short walk to Trunch Lane where you will find, amusements, public houses, bars, fast food outlets and restaurants. The lovely sandy beach is a leisurely 10 minute walk.

The site also boasts an outside swimming pool and launderette.

Happy Days is a friendly family park with a relaxing atmosphere proving an ideal base for your holiday.

There is a bus that you can catch to Ingoldmells and Skegness when you feel like leaving your car behind!

The well-known visitor attraction Fantasy Island is just a 15 minute bus or car ride away.

We require a £75 booking fee, which non-refundable if you cancel.

The holiday must be paid in full 4 weeks before you are due to arrive, all holidays require a £75 damage bond on top of the price of the holiday.

Your damage bond will be returned 24-48 hours after your departure as long as the caravan is left in a clean condition and with no breakages or damage.

Quilts and pillows are provided,but YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN( DUVET COVERS, SHEETS, TOWELS ETC)

Payment is by bank transfer. We do accept payment plans.

We meet and greet all of our guests on arrival and at departure with the keys.
