Our privately owned PRESTIGE caravan with balcony is situated on the very secluded and select Waterside. Ideal for families with children, you can sit on the balcony/decking and look across the small central wooded copse, keeping an eye on your little ones playing in safety  Near to all facilities & just a short walk to the beach, ours is a very modern caravan with  small balcony with seating, side decking with table and chairs for 8 plus parasol, double glazing, central heating, a fully fitted kitchen, with seperate undercounter freezer and freezer plus stainless steel  dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Maker plus loads of extras to make it a stress free holiday. Freestanding table and chairs. 3 bedrooms - 1 with double ottoman/storage bed + 2 twin bedded rooms, all with wardrobes and storage drawers. Two NEW  sofa beds in the lounge should they be required. BUT YOU CAN USE THE BLOW UP SINGLE BED. Shower room with washbasin, toilet and radiator and an additional separate toilet + wash basin - again with radiators to keep your towels toasty warm.

Large lounge with floor to ceiling patio windows has two new sofa beds and one easy chair with footstool along with a storage cupboard for those items you want to hide like the vacuum cleaner/mop/broom/ironing board etc. Free view 40" TV &DVD player and Bluetooth Soundbar. Radio and CD Player in the lounge area and 22"TV /DVD player in the master bedroom along with a radio.

We guarantee that if your holiday plans are interrupted by coronavirus you can:

Move your holiday to a future date free of charge

Receive a full no-quibble refund

£50 non refundable deposit + £50 refundable security bond is required at time of booking to secure dates.
When you have finished your holiday the caravan and inventory will be checked against the details. Damages will be charged (wear and tear notwithstanding). If there isn't any damage or shortage of inventory the £50 will be refunded in full after 10 days - YOUR BANK DETAILS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE REFUND.
If damage or shortage has occurred which is in excess of the security bond then the £50.00 will be retained and an invoice will be issued . Photographs will be taken and sent to you
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Gas and Electricity included.BUT NOT FOR CHARGING ELECTRIC CARS. If its found you have used the supply in the accommodation it will be deducted from your bond at a higher rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After 6 weeks you will lose all monies paid as we will have to offset this against relisting the holiday at a reduced price

If anything is moved then please return it to its original place on vacating as you could be liable for a Cleaning Surcharge if the cleaner exceeds her allotted time

The central heating will be set at 10deg. PLEASE RETURN IT TO 10deg on vacating the Lodge

A fantastic stay in a great caravan. It had everything we needed and more and th owners have thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Would highly recommend this caravan. It is modern, spacious and clean and loved the decking and location, being right by the beach. Will definitely be booking again and yes, the dishwasher was the best asset! Saved me washing up at the sink all day and therefore, I could have more family time, which is what holidays are all about. Thank you so much. ????

We have just returned from what was an amazing stay at this beautiful caravan. We couldn't fault anything. Lots of added extras e.g. tea, coffee, sugar etc, toys for the kids, DVDs, CDs the list goes on. We would highly recommend this caravan and we look forward to returning next year.

Its been a long time since we had enjoyed a caravan holiday so only opted for a short break - to test the water so to speak - in fact wish we had stayed longer! Absolutely superb modern caravan with every facility to ensure we enjoyed our brief break to the fullest! A Balcony on the front to sit out and have our evening glass of Chablis looking over the copse, to an extensive side deck to sit out sunbathing - although only briefly! Plus a huge selection of DVDs - 40" television, sound bar, quality music system, comfy double bed and much to the wifes delight a DISHWASHER and much,much more! Not to forget a bargain price and far, far superior to a Haven caravan Freestanding table and chairs.........excellent! Angie was patient and brilliant from start to finish! Will be booking for next year for a much longer stay!

Excellent. Havent had a caravan holiday since I was at school and that was years ago! Well they have improved since then if our stay at Angie's and Keith's is anything to go by! Easy from start to finish, excellent rates compared to Haven, excellent modern interior - loads of extras and lucky for us they had just had new side decking fitted so somewhere else to sit when the sun decided to shine! Cant praise it enough, seemed to have thought just about everything to ensure a really happy hassle free stay. We will be back!

Recommended by friends who stayed here. They said it was excellent and it is. Glad we took their advice. From start to finish our stay was superb. We have three small children and were really worried about sleeping arrangements etc. Needn't have bothered. Beds were moved out to cater for Travel cots and chairs replaced with wooden ones to cater for Booster Seats and a Highchair. New Cots and Highchairs as well. Brilliant, would recommend unreservedly! Will definitely be booking a longer stay 2020 and will be booking early!!

We had an excellent stay at this caravan. Extremely well appointed and clean. Furniture is well above average quality for a caravan. Well equipped with media and entertainment catered for to a high level. Park has many exciting features which are being added to all the time. Highly recommended and will be booking again.
